I think I like Rock Away Blind more then the other three tracks I've heard already... Great interview!

Love this interview. Thank you for posting.

So "In Our Own Time" is about his wife.

LOL forever @ Lindsey: "My children watch [American Idol], so I find myself rooting for Scotty." So funny to me.

Also, interesting that Lindsey says that he called Stevie up and asked if she needed help with anything on the album.. while we all know her story about knowing she needed to call Lindsey after everyone else failed to arrange Soldier's Angel the way she wanted. I guess maybe he called up and offered, and then later when she needed help she called him back.

Dang, "Rock Away Blind" sounds like a classic Lindsey song. It's like another coming of "Never Going Back Again." I love it. I can't wait for this album...

I worked for Guns and Roses.

LB: I'm sorry to hear that.

That was a good one.

It really is fantastic. That ending is sublime.

Now I just have to try to not listen to it so much before I get the album that I'm sick of it!

The last chorus till the ending made me tear up. Mindblowing. Sometimes I just can't find words for how this guy touches me with his overcrafted freakery. It's the mystery of music and it's power to cut through you.

This album is going to be amazing. I'm having an 80's flashback with 2 solo albums back to back within months of each other. After all these years it's still great to be a MAC fan.
