hey hey! Thanks ya'll... it was a good day. I skipped school, drank some bourbon with some mates and saw Planet of the Apes. I didnt get cake but I got something else... those pink glazed donuts with the sprinkles on top! (homer simpson drooling sound) Thanks for the birthday wishuz! :D

Sounds like you had a great day! I missed this thread but I did pass on my birthday greetings! Bourbon and donuts - works for me. Although added cake is always good - to anything and everything.

Oh, it's just as well. Birthday cake has the potential to accumulate on the stomach/hips/etc...not that you appear to need to be concerned. I'm afraid that I've missed your birthday. I am fashionably late as usual. Happy Birthday! ;)

I was also just given a freebie from a book company - a book full of cheesecake recipes, most of which are no bake so are even easier (I'm inherently lazy, it's a talent)
