Oh, I love Stevie and her use of the phrase "knocked out." Reminds me of The Dance.

Odd, there is no text for the article when I click that link, or a video. Just a headline.

She's actually taking 7 new songs on the road?! GO STEVIE!!! :blob2: She hasn't done anything like this in decades. I'm so proud of her for making this gutsy decision. The people who go to see her tour every year are her diehards... they'd love it if she sang nothing but nursery rhymes. She might as well push her new album on her diehards, who obviously haven't all bought her new album thus far. She plays for several hundred thousand people every summer, and IYD hasn't sold that amount yet. I think this is the best possible way for her to possibly move some more copies of her beloved new album. I'm just so proud of Stevie right now, she had truly surprised me!

I'm glad she's doing this, and I hope she doesn't drop a bunch of them a week into the tour. Didn't she start out playing a bunch of songs from TISL on that tour, and then ended up dropping most of them?

I too am so proud of Stevie: She is finally doing what she wants and has a super new album to promote that is very special to her. Her enthusiam is contagious and hopefully contagious enough to sell a few more albums! ;)
