one or two
Hoping a CT show will pop up if no ct show probably will hit one and go to Jones Beach Show but if a ct show pops up might go to both depending on cash flow.

I haven't seen any California shows announced, but the location(s) and prices will determine how many shows I hit.

Obviously at least 1... ;)

I went to the Boston show with Rod and I have my tickets for the show in August. The pavilion is a 12 minute walk from my house. I bought two tickets on StubHub, but I will actually try when they go onsale to the general public since they didn't release first 15 rows in sections 1 & 3 during the presale (just center section 2).

Well, I live n ohio and i finally have some cash n my pocket.....im doing both ohio shows Toledo and Cincy....just trying to round together some people.....would love to meet ledgies there! I havnt seen stevie solo since 2001 in columbus sep 17th...6 days after 9-11 i was so scared.....but when stevie hugged the american flag teddy bear (someone threw it to her on stage) everything was better...and she was awesome that night, many lighters n the air....anybody else email lets do the shows together...

I'm definitely doing Red Rocks, but from there I'm not so sure. I'm going to really try to swing Jones Beach and I MIGHT attempt Chicago if no California dates are released.

I never should've started this "fly around the country to see Stevie" thing because now I'm addicted

I'm going to see as many shows as I can without taking any days off of work. So, red rocks, chicago, saratoga, boston and anything in the NYC area. Unless I come to my senses.

If I go to any it will be Dallas or Houston, or maybe Austin if she adds that. Doubt I'll have time or $ for more than one this time around.

We are hoping to hit Indy (hometown show!), Toledo, and Cincy... and cash permitting, Chicago. Was part of the New York City odyssey... but wouldn't have traded that trip for anything! Fell in love with NYC even without Stevie!

Hoping to meet up with a few of you on the road!

I will probably see 2 shows...My uncle surprised me for my birthday thursday with 2 tix for Jones Beach 10th row center (he got them cause hes an amex black card holder and his concierge hooked it up). I will decide last minute whether I do Boston, Holmdel, or Bethel (unless she adds AC):blob1:

only 1 so far....afraid to drop big $$$ 4 tix 2 hear "same songs different year" ... i got generic amex presale tix 4 chicago...(sorry 2 say it...but i'm tired of going broke & burning vacation time 2 hear "dreams, landslide, etc")....so it all depends on the set list....

i am going to the bristow, VA jiffy lube live show. i spent 207 on a second row center ticket which is a lot for Stevie. I think this is the highest she's asked face value besides the 2008 show at hard rock live in biloxi because it is such a small venue.

I'm probably going to no shows. :(

I checked some flights and hotel packages from here to Boston, cuz I was considering that show cuz it's during our vacation, but it's still like $470 per person for two nights stay. That's a good price I guess, but that of course doesn't include the concert tickets. So I'd be looking at $1000 plus to do this.

Before I get all bummed out let me count my blessings again..

1. Getting to go to Sunset Sessions in February.

2. Got to see Stevie in Vegas on May 14- 3rd row.

3. Got to go to the freakin' WILTERN SHOW!! ( I'll never forget that)

Ok.... I feel a little better now. Thanks for listening.

How can INXS seriously be performing without Michael? I saw Journey without Steve Perry and it was a huge mistake. Same with Alice in Chains. I suppose if you just want to go to hear some good music but might as well be a cover band. The only band who's ever really succeeded at this was Van Halen with David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar.

Just 1 show unless a CT date then it would be 2 shows Jones Beach Show on Sunday September 4th will be there can't wait. I am going to get the cheap seats for jones beach will be happy to be there to see her live on this tour I just can't do the expensive seats anymore and had my time at the front of the stage shaking hands and getting to meet her in person at the barnes and noble signing was amazing. So looking forward to spending the day on the beach and then seeing the show saw her there on The Street Angel Tour 1994 rocked love the venue right on the ocean love it.

I am planning on Jones Beach but my God, the price of these tickets. I wonder how much I paid for tickets to see her at Jones Beach in 1986. I am attending this show with the same friend! I should paint "Stevie Nicks Or Bust" in lipstick on the back of our car again.

I'm not sure how I'm going to go about getting seats. If I have to pay $200+ I'm going to need to be in the first few rows. We'll see.

Yeah, I was freaking out when I saw Stevie's Texas shows would be priced from $65-$280. But now that the Texas dates are on sale, her tickets are actually priced at $45-$125... which is much more doable. I'm considering going to the Houston show now. Though at half the price of Stevie's show, I'm considering going to see Lindsey in Houston instead (especially since I've never seen him solo). Kinda depends on which show I can land a really good ticket for. :D

I'm such a wreck about the Jones Beach show. I have 5th row confirmed for Red Rocks and Holmdel but nothing for Jones Beach and Virginia. I'm most worried about the Jones Beach show... if Ed, Grace and I swing Virginia, I won't be all too worried about where I sit for a few reasons. However, I really want front row to one of these shows and I would kill for that show to be Jones Beach... I'm seriously considering spending an unhealthy amount of money on one of the 1st row seats available on StubHub.

It seams like a big joke for good seats at Jones Beach this time around.Probably because of those dam pre-sales from Citicard and AMEX which I cant stand having them in my wallet. If WB records and her managment ever wakeup. They should setup a true fan pre-sale with Livenation/Ticketmaster.Dani good luck getting your tickets.I will try the Livenation exchange for a upgrade.

So I checked Lindsey's Vancouver show prices and the front row seats I paid $65 for are $250! Those are the ones right beside me. I'm going to feel bad for the people beside me, lol. But if you gotta do it, you gotta do it. I once spent $600 on FM. So no judgment :)

I have gotten 2nd row and first rows thru ticketmaster on my own it just depends being on there at the right time. I still think that ticketmaster and the ticket scalping companys are in together to make more money.Just can't seeing going totally broke to go to a show, I am being very cheap this time around will go with the cheapest price to shows from now on.Although I had my time up front and had a blast at a few shows and got to shake hands with Stevie and Lindsey twice I have shaken both Stevie's hand at a Fleetwood Mac concert in boston at the live in boston soundstage private fan club performance and also that night shaken hands with Lindsey too. Stevie's hand shaken her hand also on the Two Voices Tour/Gold Dust Tour 2005 with Don Henley show at Mohegan Sun had front row center right in front of her shaken hands with her that night too awesome show that was.Meeting Stevie at the barnes and noble signing she signed my cd and dvd and got to say a few words to her and she responded back to me and grabbed my hand and said thank you for coming down to see me.That night was so amazing the london fans are going to love it and go nuts to meet her.

oh I didn't mean to judge if you can afford it go for it I can't if I had extra and lots of money would do the same thing but I don't. I know and understand if you never ever was up front before go for it.If i am going to spend alot I want front row and center for sure.So enjoy the ones that go.It just those scalping companys just rape the consumer and the artist looses out on that huge profit for that ticket.

Totally, I didn't think you were judging. :). I was shocked at the price discrepancy for those LB tickets. Like I said I'll feel bad for the 2 people sitting beside me. I just obviosly got really lucky that I got those tickets before the scalpers. BTW I am so jealous of all your luck with handshakes and meeting Stevie, etc. I've only had 1 but it will be with me forever. Hopefully again someday. :)

i never though I would even shake hands with her and let alone meeting her nyc so glad i live in CT where it's not too far to get to i am near the new york city side of connecticut new haven county. I was lucky and never though it would happen,It's addicting to when you get in the front section you want it all the time. you might have luck getting that on ticketmaster its a game i think but you can also have good luck the night of the show at the box office too heard people get great seats too that way. Waiting to meet her at Barnes and Noble was amazing, I couldn't believe it was going to meet Stevie wish I could have had my pic taken with her if only I was the first or the last person in line...lol but I did have my moment and hope she does more signings like that maybe she will do another one in the states that would be awesome.

Thats why I mentioned before about what up with her time after the Jones Beach show. She could add a couple of bonus shows before she rests up for her trip over the big pond.I thought the Foxwoods show sound sucked last year.there was to much echo with the acoustics I thought were I was sitting.

I'm Glad in the way she's not coming to the Comcast theatre in Hartford anyway.

thanks i didn't see this date before but thanks so your probably write. If there was some room which there is she can play at foxwoods, she loved it and where I was sitting the sound was great I though I had center section in front stage 12th row right in the middle right in directly in front of Stevie what made me think she might play there is that she seemed to love the venue.I though her performance there was awesome last year and i like it its more intimate. It holds about 4,000 seats.Sunday Aug.28th is open just like the same date as last year.

Quick question, are people getting good seats in the presales or after general release? The Sydney presale starts tomorrow and I'm waiting impatiently but wondering if I'd be better off waiting longer for the general release? Or is the whole thing a gamble? Buying tickets can be so stressful!

From what I can tell, I believe Bristow has the highest prices of all of the IYD U.S. tour dates. It's greed (on the promoter's part), pure and simple. I suspect that those acres of upper level seats will be liquidated in a fire sale- under $20 per ticket. There's no way they will sell at this rate. I guess this explains why Stevie doesn't play DC very frequently!

Yes.You just hit the nail right on the top.The next thing they will add to the cost is the state sales tax that will add about $12.00 to $20.00 dollars to the tickets depending the percentage of each state sales tax.

i thought this would have sold well since she hasn't played the DC area since 05. supposedly there are 10,000 seats that went on sale for this performance cause the lawn is closed (which can fit 15,000). I paid 207 for my seat.

Yes the most tax state.Since she was here with Rod,Her managment probably said skip CT.So we got a digest version of her concert this year. Also probably the same thing goes for Cali and other skipped regions too.Again I wish she did not do the combo tour with Rod and she would of focused on her IYD release and a world tour instead.

I'll be at Atlanta...my only show. Unless I hit the lottery. The pit is sometimes set up with tables and chairs for certain events. But for Stevie's show they will set out folding chairs in the pit. Chastain is a great place to see a show but she has to be done at a certain time there because it's in a neighborhood and there is a noise ordiance. But great place and the stage isn't very high up. I stood there for a Mac show and I'm 5'10" and I also had boots on so say 6'1" and I had bruises on my pelvis.
We will have to meet up and maybe stalk the Four Seasons before and after. If she is staying that's where she will more than likely be.

Good info. I'm headed to Atlanta only for this tour. Staying overnight at Hyatt then flying back home. Looks like 3 miles to the venue from my hotel. I assume there are cabs readily available or public transportation to the venue? Any good restaurants or pubs close to the venue?

Ugh...Still torn. I will be out of town & away from secure computers all next week & I can't decide, do I buy Dallas tix now (crappy selection) or wait until right before the show hoping that the best seats get released then?? I know most people here always say to wait until before the show, but that has NEVER worked for me. Especially the time I was with another Ledgie in El Paso for SYW & we both checked the window. SHE got 1st row. I got nothing close. (Damn everybody who taught me "Ladies first." ;) )

If I were to go it would be to the Bethel, NY show lawn seats woodstock festival grounds would love to go that show has the museum there too and it look like it would be easy to get to from I-84 its about the same distance If were to go to Boston I believe jones beach is a little closer but Labor Day Weekend at Jones Beach will pass it love jones beach so your going to deal with beach goers and concert traffic if your going to the show get there really early for jones beach to avoid the traffic.

I am definitely going to the Boston Show but am waiting to see if I can get better tickets. Hoping they release up front the day of the show or maybe scalper prices will go down as we get closer and they need to get rid of the tickets. I need 3 tickets and have the money put aside already....I want to be up front!! :]

I'm not going anywhere yet... still hoping I can "win" Jones Beach tickets. (They cost too much otherwise!)

I might even be able to pull off driving to Jones Beach if I get tickets... my mother wants to give me highway lessons for my birthday (Aug 14, presents welcome :D). That would be great because it would mean I wouldn't have to get two tickets and drag her along to complain about being outside and "loud rock music" and all...

i believe Stevie could have played to full venues if her prices were lower like $80-$20. I'm going to the bristow concert and there are a lot of seats available. i bought the maximum amount of tickets (8) just to fill seats with my friends. anybody else going to bristow down to meet up?

I'll be there, just got tickets on saturday. Its the only one near me. I got 12th row on the girls side, not center. Wasn't going to go because its a long drive, but after hearing the new set list, I said f it I gotta go. I've seen her twice Street Angel '94 ( third row and got to touch her hand I about pissed my pants, her hands were so soft) and Enchanted '07. Driving in on saturday from North Carolina, not sure what time I'll get there. Maybe we can work something out....

Still none, yet. Stevie don't love her Cali peeps no more. Not unless we're standing in line all day before we get to see her. I'm not feeling her reasons for not coming home for at least one date. No way the Bowl and one other date here with Rod saturated the market. We're the biggest state in the USA! Pleeez, Steeeviee! Just one show? Bay area or Tahoe (I'm selfish)? Market saturation, you say? Okay. I could use a weekend in San Diego. Pretty please?

Maybe so, if all you're dying for is to meet Stevie. I want to see the show and hear the new songs live. I had to travel a long way to the Wiltern and I'm willing to do it again anywhere reasonable on the west coast. I really don't see how wanting one tour date west of the rockies is asking too much?

Don't get me wrong. I was one of the fortunate ones to see the Wiltern show so I'm not going to complain anymore for myself. But that show was such short notice and only two thousand people were able to see it. Millions of people west of Denver should have just one more chance to hear the new songs, too.

Rant over. :sorry:

Don't get me wrong--I'd be frustrated too. I think she's wrong that the market is over-saturated, but complaining won't do anything. Anyway, there's nothing to say about it that hasn't been said many, many times.:sorry:

Anyway, arguably the two coolest Stevie events of the year have both been in Cali. Count your blessings.

I don't think there even is an argument over this -- ALL of the coolest events, with the exception of the London signing, have been in California. Sunset Sessions, Wiltern, Amoeba signing...

I'm a Californian too, and I would love nothing more than for her to announce some West Coast dates. However, it's not gonna happen so if people really want to see her, it's time to book flights.

Ummm..have you looked at a map lately? Stevie is in TEXAS today and tomorrow, where she has not played since, what - 2007?!? Nobody supposted to bring them in..but people take them in anyway. And also taking chances getting it taken from security.Security should only worry about watching and controling the drunks for safety. and wacko stalkers.not fans taking photos and videos.Unless its a safety issue with the dam 10.000 flashes blinding the artist.

That's right! I'll never understand why they don't want people taking cameras to a concert. My best friends went to go see Paul McCartney, and they didn't let them take their camera in because it had a removable lense. What are you going to do, beat someone with the lense?? Seriously.

Back in 1998 I toted around my Pentax 35mm with 120m lens on the Enchanted tour.I got in with no problem.Head in one pocket lens in the other.I took great photos. Now the poor camera is sitting in the closet with film and dead batteries. Now these small digitals its great.
