I do know that Stevie likes "very nice hotels" . I was a backstage catering manager.

Unfortunately, I never had the pleaure of catering FM or Stevie. I only had the chance of reviewing the specs for it. Same with the Rolling Stones.
I catered Bob Dylan, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Prince, Cher, Furtherfest, Limp Bizkit, Arrowsmith, Bette Midler, Lenny Kravits, Foo fighters, Brittany Spears...alot tours from the late 90's til 2005.
