Just for fun every other day we will have another Survivor....this week is focused on Bella Donna...


Vote For Your Two Least Favorite Tracks on Stevie's first solo record...then every two days you will get to vote for two more until we have one track that is voted the best from the LP.

I don't even think I have a least favorite track. I love them all.

But, I'm gonna have to go with... Stop Draggin' My Heart Around. I love it but it's the one I least connect to, despite loving it a lot.

All the other tracks are classic, perfect and unwilling to leave the island!

i love them all too (maybe not so much Highwayman) but I look at the poll this way....if you had to pick two that had to be removed..which two would it be

Which greatly saddens me. I LOVE the Highwayman and I think it's some of Stevie's best lyrics.

I voted for SDMHA and Kind of Woman. It pained me to vote for Kind of Woman but I felt I had no other choice :( In fact if I had a choice I wouldn't vote for any of them but what can you do.

Sure, I voted for "Outside the Rain". For the record, I think all the songs on Bella Donna are very good, so it's basically like picking a really good song out of a collection of really good songs.

I selected "Outside the Rain" though because it, along with "How Still My Love", seem like "Dreams"-lite knock offs to me. I know though that many fans love these two songs.

But the other songs on Bella Donna are much more original IMO. I was just tickled that people are voting off the actual *hits* from the album (not that they can't do that, I was just amused that they were).

"how still my love" never caught my interest...i swear to god..i am 48...bought that album wen it first came out..i dont think i have ever listened to it till the end...when she did it live..thats wen i went to the bathroom..and "leather and lace???" sooooo cheesey..she should have given it to waylon jennings...my absolute fav is "bella donna"..this song never gets old...hearing it today is like hearing it for the first time..if i was in a position to own a boat...."Bella Donna" it would be...

Even though it's a wasted vote, I went with ATGF, as it's truly my least favorite.

So, I just picked my least favorite of incredible choices....weird, kind of!

My choice: After The Glitter Fades (although it killed me to pick a least favorite from this prime selection)
