According to this E! Online article, talking about Stevie being sick... Stevie has a cameo on the Rumours episode of Glee?

"Here's why Stevie Nicks won't be enjoying her big Glee moment

The rumours are true…Stevie Nicks will have to watch her Glee cameo from bed.

The Fleetwood Mac crooner was advised to lay low after she was recently stricken with pneumonia and the flu, E! News has confirmed.

So what does this mean for fans expecting to see her perform live in New York this week?

MORE: Has Glee jumped the shark yet?

They'll just have to wait.

Nicks' doctor gave her strict orders to "stay in bed and not fly" until she recovers, causing her to cancel her Tuesday appearances on Today and Good Day NY and a Wednesday star-studded event at Webster Hall to promote the release of her upcoming album, In Your Dreams.

"I want to apologize to all my fans and hope that we can reschedule, and of course I hope you love the new album," Nicks said in a statement. "It's for you."

Fans can still catch the gypsy queen Tuesday, however, when her highly anticipated Glee episode airs.

In Your Dreams, Nicks' first solo album in 10 years, hits stores Tuesday.

WHAT cameo?

E! is a pretty legit source to make a mistake like that. So is that the 'rumour' they are talking about being true?

Oh no, hope she starts feeling better really soon! This is not a good way to start off album promotions!

The music of Fleetwood Mac makes a cameo... that's probably what the article is talking about. More poor journalism.

Well, I started to conclude that they meant that (even though like you said, poor journalism)...

But then they said "Fans can still catch the gypsy queen Tuesday, however, when her highly anticipated Glee episode airs."

which made me even more confused.

While a Stevie Glee cameo would be pretty fun, I doubt she's been on it; if anything, we would have heard more about it.

So, while not on the topic of a Glee cameo, I don't think anyone's posted this yet. New video (aired yesterday) about tonight's Glee episode. New interview footage. Call me out if it's already been posted - very likely, as everyone's beating me to it today!
