Stevie Nicks will perform in the Today Show Studio

The good news..... she's getting the exposure

The bad News.... it's inside in the studio

[TheWILDheart]

"Rock legend Stevie Nicks releases her first solo album in 10 years today...now here she is performing her classic hit, Stand Back"

[Annabell Lee]

I am guessing Landslide and Secret Love. Not my exact wish list but the most likely ! ;) I hope it's the early morning Today show and not Hoda and Kathie Lee ! I am sure more people will watch the earlier one.

[Macfanforever]

I got a feeling she will be with Hoda and Kathie Lee in the 10am segment.

[Annabell Lee]

^^^^^^^^^^ I know ^^^^^^^^^^^^:(

I love my Standback but I hope not she worked so hard for this new album I hope she does all new songs. I hope she does New Orleans and Secret Love, Ghosts Are Gone. she either will do a classic and secret love or two new songs I hope two new songs maybe three.

[UnwindedDreams]

i wonder when we'll find out when she's on ellen and dancing with the stars

[Jondalar]

She should perform something else besides Secret Love.

[UnwindedDreams]

i wonder if dave will be with her on today. i guess they would do secret love and cheaper than free

[WildHearted]

I wish she would perform something aside from Secret Love (knowing now just how good all of the material on the CD is... not to say Secret Love ISN'T good, but still).

[mylittledemon]

If she does anything other than Stand Back, I might just crap a wee bit.

Great to see another publicity thing added to the release week!!! :)

[WildHearted]

Awesome, more promotion! :)

Hopefully Ellen doesn't force her to sing Stand Back this time :P

[UnwindedDreams]

thanks. i'm guessing two songs

[mikebise]

JLo hardly ever sings live on television. She's probably mentioning her album and pimping the American Idol finale. That would give Stevie room for TWO SONGS!!!!

Oh well, if JLo gets one song, maybe some of her dwindling fanbase will catch Stevie and become enraptured!!!!

[jrpjr]

my guess is it will b 2 of her new songs..from this album..."secret love" and "in your dreams"....this DEF sounds like could b the next single..if so..i hope THIS gets some radio play..still have NOT heard secret love on the radio..and STILL thinks its a weak first single after a 10 year (solo) abscence..especially after hearingthe other songs that coulda/shoulda been the first...but hey..thats just me

YES! :] thanks for letting us know about Ellen appearance :] And as for Dancing...Stars, well it WILL be May sweeps! Even before I heard she would be on DWTS, I thought it would be a perfect showcase for her. better than some of the other musicians/groups/singers on that show in the past...

[Maria78]

I know this board has been on fire with all the Stevie news and I've been trying to come on it several times a day to keep up, but I missed the news about Dancing With The Stars. I love that show! :blob2: :blob1: Has the appearance been confirmed but just not sure of the date? Where did the news first come from and when did we find out about it????

[HowStillMyLove]

Whomppp. If my parents know she's going to be in the studio they won't take me ... I'm just not gonna tell'um ;)

[kick.inside]

Oh nice, I've known about the Today Show since last week but I didn't know she was going to be on Ellen too. Yay!
Ha, I'm off work Tuesday and even though I agree that she'll probably be on with Kathie Lee and Hoda, I still have to get up at 7am (when the Today Show starts) just in case she'll be on earlier than that. I love having to get up early on my days off.
Nah, it's worth it for Stevie.
I know I could just DVR it, but there's something more exciting to me about seeing it when it's first happening and airing.
