It's kinda funny, I been hearing Stevie's collaboration with John Stewart "Gold" a lot on the radio. I only heard it a few times before on my Enchanted CD but never really paid much attention to it, but I really like it. Kind of reminds me of "Gold Dust Woman". IT's classic Stevie. I heard it when i was having dinner at Culvers restaurant the other day, then Sunday on a road trip from Minnesota back home to Wisconsin, it was playing on the classic rock station... its a great song!! Funny how i discover these songs that have been out since like before I was born, i was born in '81.

love this song I sing this in Karoake love it its an easy song to sing there is no range I just love it's a great rock song you have to crank it up. I image Stevie singing right with me when I do it at karoake. Stevie's vocals to me are the hook in the song too which makes the song complete.

I actually heard Gold on the radio recently myself here in Austin! I couldn't have been more surprised.

I like it, but it's always bothered me that when SN does the harmony on one of the choruses right towards the end, she does this ramping-up thing but then chickens out of taking it right to the top. So when I sing along in the car, I always do it for her.:p

In the summer of 1979, "Gold" was a musical oasis in a sea of never ending disco.
