Seems iTunes is getting it together for us Aussies, finally they're offering us a Deluxe version, unlike Crystal Visions. I'm still wanting to hear that extra live Stand Back from that album...

FINALLY !!

Live Stand Back on Crystal Visions??? Lol

[Andyleo]

Yeah the American iTunes offers a Deluxe version of CV with Stand Back live as a bonus track, at least they did the last time I checked.
However I'm really glad they're offering us a Deluxe In Your Dreams, which includes the Secret Love video and Cheaper than Free video and it looks like a Digi-book thingy as well, sometimes they have pictures and lyrics. Here's hoping...

Saw deluxe version listed on the U.S. Amazon site this morning for $32.48, but there is no track listings.
