Really Weird Question....

So my moms boyfriend is NOT a computer person what so ever!!! He doesnt know anything about a computer let alone burning cd's....He doesnt want to nag my mom to burn cd's cuz she's just plan lazy and I dont live at home....

Is there ANYTHING out there that can burn CD's to a CD without the use of a computer?!?!?!

DVD burners work as well (for home theatre use)
