Immediately after reading this article, I googled "Stevie Nicks" "three packs" - and that site came up. I never forgot her saying that she smoked three packs a day at one point, because I remember reading it and thinking, "Three packs my a$$!!! Are you smokin' 'em in the shower?!? Exaggerating again..."

I would really like to hear more about what exactly happened between her and Prince, this is the first interview I've read where she elaborates instead of just saying "he walked out of my life".

Imagine if Prince and Stevie actually did record and release more songs together in the 80's, they could have been a powerhouse.

Well, she's certainly had GOOD work done, and at the right time, too, because her aging does seem so gradual and graceful.

However, I have to agree that unless Stevie really is a witch or just defies mother nature or something... it's absolutely unheard of for someone with nearly 2 decades of excessive drug use under their belts to look so naturally spectacular at her age.

But then sometimes I think that it's all just lighting and make-up and that she really hasn't had much done. Her eyes are mainly what makes me think that but who knows.

I think you nailed it. There's a reason she loves Oscar Wilde so much. Fleetwood Mac star Stevie Nicks refused to embark on a romance with Prince - because she feared they would never speak again if they broke up.

The singer collaborated with the Purple Rain hitmaker on her track Stand Back and admits Prince wanted their friendship to turn into something more serious.

But Nicks decided to keep their relationship platonic to ensure they would always be able to work together on more music.

She tells Harper's Bazaar magazine, "Prince and I were just friends. I think he would have been happy to have had a relationship. But I really wanted a musical relationship, and I had smartened up, even then. You'll break up and never speak again. But he wasn't interested in just that."
