I think her mom knew there was something wrong with her and wanted to stop it.

I think it was herititary too! Both heffas were crazy!

I think it was all in her head. A dramatic fantasy to put herself into the role of the Black Swan. The smile at the very end of the movie sealed the deal for me.

YES BUT...............her mother clearly had mental issues too. plus i think her mom was jealous, resented her and was TOTALLY obsessed w/ her!
