Cheaper than Free - who's song is it?

[Meowi]

What do you think?
Is it the country version, or the Stevie version?

[Thrown_Down]

I didn't know there were different versions. I don't like it either way, lol. I voted for Dave given the country-ish sound, but it's not like Stevie has never done country sounding songs either.

[GoldDustBoy]

I voted Dave, and GOD I HOPE IT'S HIS!

[Zanobbi]

Dave. But I'm afraid they committed this crime together...

[TrueFaith77]

Can FM77 advise?

I htink it's lovely and all the stuff on his album sounds terrible, so I assume it's Stevie.

[ontheEdgeof17]

Well, itunes has it labeled "Stevie Nicks (ft. Dave Stewart)".....

[BombaySapphire3]

I still think that the snippet posted from IYD sounded different than this ..i'm going with Dave's.

[markolas]

I heard the snippet (but it's been a week or two), and it didn't seem much (if at all) different than this. Where are you guys hearing two versions?
