Ticketmaster: KC show 2 for 1 ticket offer

[FM77]

Ticketmaster (KC show) is offering 2:1 tickets for the show April 12. A friend of mine got an e-mail alert from Ticketmaster. Good news for fans who haven't bought tickets but bad news for the promoter.

the promoter will make it up with his/her cut from the Scalpers

Wow- sales must be slow for this particular show I guess?
I wonder if there will be more 2 for 1's offered?

Scalpers only make money if there is demand. 2:1 indicates there isn't much demand for this show.
