Well, my Internet was down for a week, and all the information just exploded! (In a good way!) Since some of the older threads are so long with months of speculation, I was wondering if any of the data for Stevie's new album, single, formats and possible track listings have been updated.

I pre-ordered In Your Dreams from WB, LOVE "Secret Love" (!!!!!), and was just wanting to dream a little bit more about the album right now, with some of the concrete data about songs that have been mentioned as recorded. If anyone who has it all straight could collect that info here and make up a track listing (known so far), that would be terrific!

BTW, will "Secret Love" have a physical CD-single release, thus perhaps containing bonus tracks from the recording sessions? Both iTunes and Amazon have had bonus tracks available with Crystal Visions and The Soundstage Sessions, so maybe they will again. Of course, those were live songs, and, this time around, it would be nice to have some actual new songs as the bonuses, right?

Thanks to everyone! And THANKS to STEVIE!!!!!!

The press release says the single is scheduled to be released the 1st of February. Seeing as how there's not any info on Amazon, FYE, etc for a "physical" single CD, they might not be releasing one. It might just be a "radio promo only" single for right now, and perhaps they'll release a CD single with B-sides, remixes, etc closer to the album's release date.

The only "offical" single we got from TISL was "Planets...". Both "Everyday" and "Sorcerer" were just radio promos. Loved the artwork on all three! I'd imagine the same thing will happen with this album (some singles officially released while others are just radio promos) but maybe WB will surprise us. We'll see.

The days of formal singles - and strict patterns of release - are long over. Buzz singles, promo singles, etc. If something sticks immediately, they call it the 1st single, if not they backtrack and claim it was a buzz track.

I predict that we'll see a different song remixed for clubs for May release to take advantage of the summer season.

Y'all make sense there. "Stand Back" and "Planets Of The Universe", true CD-singles, were for remixes only, not with bonus tracks unavailable on the album. "Say You Will" and "Sorcerer" were promo single remixes, and "Every Day" was just a promo, not remixed.

Maybe there's hope for the extra songs as online bonuses?

Anyway, I'm mega-excited for the album, not just bonuses! I copied this from Seven Wonders:

1. Italian Summer
2. Wide Sargasso Sea
3. Annabel Lee
4. The Ghosts Are Gone
5. Everybody Loves You
6. The Soldier's Angel
7. For What It's Worth
8. Cheaper Than Free (possibly cut, and going on Dave's album)
9. In Your Dreams
10. Secret Love
11. New Orleans song
12. "Twilight song"
13. Mike Campbell Song #2 or unspecified Stewart collaboration
14. 1976 song and/or Stewart collaboration (vault)

I remember Dave saying that they first recorded "Cheaper Than Free" for his album, and that Stevie loved it so much, they did a second, different version for hers, so I think it will be on In Your Dreams.

BTW, when is Dave's album out? How much Stevie content known yet?

Does anyone know what year "Blue Water" was recorded? keep personally wishing this is one coming out of the vault.

I'm not sure the year that the demo was recorded, but both Stevie and Sharon have both said that is was written in Hawaii in 1977 on the night they first met. Whether or not the actual demo is from that night remains to be seen. Although in my opinion, the master demo sounds like it was professionally recorded in either a recording studio, or someone's home studio.

Yes, as Sorcerer said, and the demo was recorded in March 1978.

Blue Water is not on the new disk. I am not familiar with any of these other songs speculated as the vault song but I have heard Blue Water--its not on the there. The song I heard (I did not have titles listed on my CD--only track numbers) was an old song and it might be my favorite on the record. Very very good.

I didn't think it would be. :( Oh well. I will just enjoy it for the beautiful demo that it is, like I always have.

This other "old" song you speak of has me really intrigued now. I'm assuming it's not "Annabel Lee" since we all already know that one is on there.

That is correct.

I see FM77 is online. Is there a Soon-To-Be-Classic Stevie Ballad on In Your Dreams, that you remember?

Any other remembrances of the listenings? What about the song inspired by Twilight? Pretty good?

Ok FM77 here is your golden opportunity to post your track by track review/impressions of the new album that we discussed in the vault songs thread.

When is Dave's album out? Do we know the extent of the Stevie content on it? Dave said they did two separate versions of "Cheaper Than Free" for both his and Stevie's albums.
