Banjo Additions

[Betsy]

In 1998 the Mac used a banjo instead of a guitar on performances of Say You Love Me. Did they ever use a banjo on any of their other songs?

Hey, Betsy!

[mylittledemon]

I don't think so Betsy... At least none that I can think of...

Dream A Little Dream Of Me

[astro-addy]

Thats Alright has a banjo... but they never played that live...

[David]

Isn't there banjo on "The Derelict"?

Sad but true. I love That's Alright and think it's such a shame that we don't have a live version!

The old Lindsey/Stevie demo of Sorcerer has a banjo on it as well.

If memory serves, I believe there's a banjo used in Christine's "Hollywood (Some Other Kind of Town)" from 1995's Time.

There is banjo in the studio version of Say You Love Me. It's kinda low in the mix, but it's there.

A little OT, but this song by The Eagles (Journey of the Sorcerer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rOMGIbY-9s&feature=related)) is banjo driven and reminds me of The Chain (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcawnRIyeok) in some places, even though LB is playing a dobro there.
