Yeah he really seems to be settled into the team now and is playing very well……despite the amount of times he gets sacked:)! I got my football crazy stepson tickets for the Superbowl in Dallas so I really hope for him that the Bears make the final. I enjoyed the Jets game, it was very exciting and we’re headed up to Green Bay on Sunday for another tough game I suspect. Another few years living here and I might actually understand the rules! :lol:

While in Denver, he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes...(insulin pump and all). I liked the attention he brought to the disease and the news stories covering the care. (My daughter is a type 1. ) She has lived with it for about ten years now...being diagnosed at 13.

When he was first diagnosed, some rookies....as a joke ... threw his glucometer into a swimming pool, thinking it was his cell phone...not a very funny joke...and the press was all over it.

I was sorry to see that Cutler and McDaniels couldn't get along... And McDaniels? He just closed on a house ...in Highlands Ranch.....(south of Denver...) and was fired about two weeks before... Bet that hurt.

But he's gonna get millions, if they pay out his contract...so I am sure he can afford it. IMHO, he was just too young to be a head coach. But I digress....

On that note...
