I don't think it's fair to villainise Christine for merely wishing to retain her privacy. If she's as independent as she feels, and clearly others do too, then I doubt she had much to do with the fences being erected. As what usually happens in these kind of situations, people jump on the most notable name linked to the cause they are against and use any means to attack them. I wish they would get the message that she just wants to be left alone. I could get on a bus tomorrow and go hound the woman at her home as a squeeling fan. But I would never dream of such a thing because I respect her wishes.

Think that's bad? In one of her music videos for In The Meantime (I can't remember which song) she was riding what looked to be a mobility scooter. That really upset me :(

I thought she looked great on that bicycle. In fact, it made me think quite the opposite of old.

It took me a second to figure out what the heck she was holding as well.

She is 67 though, so it's not like she looks 80. Plus, she probably hasn't had any work done... cosmetically. Seems most celebrities go that route.

This was on the Christine forum when the article was published in January.
Christine doesn't look old, she looks like someone who's got the wind in their face whilst walking the dog. I will stand by that until the day I die. If y'all go walking your dogs wearing full makeup and pristine hair everyday, I think you need a reality check  She's 67 and she's retired, she doesn't need scrutinizing because she's not in the public eye any more. She's happy and she's relaxed, if she doesn't feel the need to get nipped and tucked then damn, I don't blame her.
Thankyou for posting the colour ones again, Louie, I think they do her much more justice :xoxo:

Look, I know that Christine needs her time and privacy, but it kinda makes me a teeny bit sad. I mean, don't we all wish she could do like one interview? I guess we've been spoilt recently by other band members...

I'd rather her happiness. Buddha knows she's earned her time of seclusion.

Love the one of her and Ken Caillat! I said "Awww...she's so cuuuute" out loud :p Guess that black & white magazine picture really didn't make her look so hot - but that's just that, no one ever looks good in them, she was out walking her dog in the wind - probably hoping to not be bothered. Plus they always get you in candid moments, the other dude wasn't looking very good either.

I think she did have work done in the nineties, but she actually looked more natural in those interview clips of the Dance rehearsals than she did on stage and in pictures. In 1997, skin sometimes had that taut and tightened look, but in those interview clips it didn't really look like that. You were aware of her make up, but I wasn't thinking "face lift."

Those photos from earlier this year are not the most flattering
BUT I would hazard a guess they were taken in the morning on a blustery day when she was walking the dog(s) and were taken by some paparazzo scum with a long lens. How many of us would look good in those circumstances?
What did we expect her to look like? she wasn't going to the bloody Grammys!
I think she looked just fine

There's a saying where I come from: 'If they're talking about me, it means they're leaving somebody else alone...'

If Christine were back in Fleetwood Mac, she would look younger. Singing songs in Fleetwood Mac keeps you youthful & vibrant.
