This may have been discussed, and i may have missed it, if not......

I have not seen all episodes of Glee, but have not heard any Stevie / FM music on any of the ones I have seen.... seems to me that especially with a new album coming out an appearance on Glee would be a great thing for Stevie.... timed with the album release,in early 2011, I can see the 'New Directions' getting ready again for Nationals, and the theme of course will be ''1977 Music''
New Directions will have chosen FM and their opponents The Eagles... only Stevie can help them..... Stevie, of course, takes an interest in mentoring new developing singers and helps them walk off with the national championship

I need some help here.... expand on story line, choose the right song

Finally , if they can get Betty White on SNL, cant we get Stevie on Glee ???

Sounds like a good idea, but I reckon Stevie would never do it, she's said so often she would never consider acting, due to the fact she reckons she's terrible at it!

I don't see Stevie acting. If the writers can't come up with a storyline based on the making of Rumours then something is wrong.

I don't think it will happen either but it sounds like an awesome idea!! Its always good to dream, hell I started a thread about Stevie, Sheryl Crow and Natalie Maines forming a group, "The Traveling Sheberries" and do an album and tour :)

**oh and to embellish on the idea, have Lindsay be the opposing coach. He's working on an album too

Kurt gets a boyfriend who is older and he sings Edge of 17 to him.. Because of his age.. I read that somewhere.. Not sure if it was what someone wanted or a rumour bout it. But all I want is for Stevie to feature in it one way or another, I love Glee!

That could happen though, I saw on Perez that Kurt goes to a new all boys school and when he gets there some guy sings Teenage Dream by Katy Perry to Kurt practically so maybe it will happen lol

I don't watch Glee, but I know the quarterback is in the glee club and he is also dating the best singer in glee club, right? I just see them breaking up and since they will be exes in glee club, it will be like exes in the same band... sound familiar????? He will break out in GYOW and she will break out in Dreams. And then of course there will be lots of Stevie costumes and several Stevie numbers. Maybe even give her a cameo! I have actually vowed not to watch Glee until they do Stevie. So I guess we shall see.

I wouldn't want Stevie to appear on Glee. I don't like the show. Most of the characters are caricature, mean, two-faced, contrived, conniving brats. There are few soulful moments, f.ex Kurt's struggles, other than that, not many.

I lovelovelovelovelove Glee. I'd die if Stevie was on it, but, I think the best we can hope for is for them to sing a Stevie / Fleetwood Mac song. Wantwantwant.

I watch and enjoy Glee, but I'm not really excited to hear 'Landslide' of all things to be performed. The music on Glee is consistently very over-produced and they (Lea Michele especially, although I do love her) have a tendency to over-sing immensely on a lot of their songs. I feel like they would just destroy Landslide, unless they do some sort of a capella arrangement or something.

That is why MOST people who are apposed to the idea ARE apposed to the idea. GET OVER IT PEOPLE. This is 2011. Even Paul Mcartney knows if u want ur music to get out to the masses again, glee is an insta sensation. Its on glee, and the next day the song gets abillion downloads, and people are talking about you. Britney Spears, lady freekin CACCA. (gaga) and Katy Perry all relish in having their music on the show, cause its YET-MORE exposure. (like any of the three of THEM need it.) Stars cameo on GLEE, thats just the way it is. its like in 2002 when people thought AMERICAN IDOL was just going to "go away", well, its not. So either get on the band waggon, or get the hell out of the way. Cause personal entertainment preferences aside, Having a song, doing a cameo, (or both) would work to Stevies advantage at this point in the game.

SIDENOTE. the Olivia Newton John cameo WAS HILLARIOUS. and when they did physical it was JUST like the original video. (except the extras were fit. haha) <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/Xa5xlzSVzjI" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Gwyneth Paltrow totally rocked when she sang Forget You, so I'm hoping she can do Landslide really well.

Olivia Newton-John's two cameos on the show were hilarious too, that physical re-creation was one of my highlights from season 1

Something Stevie'ish or FM'ish is going to happen this season, especially with the above tweet. Its just a gut feeling I have. And hey, any exposure for Stevie is good if you like Glee or not I say...

Don't like the idea of Paltrow singing "Landslide".

If anything it will add to confusion on the idea of who wrote it.

THAT IS EXCITING NEWS. Gwyneth Paltrow's song are some of the best and coolest ones on the show. Her whole thing is that just cause your not a teenager, doesnt mean your useless. ( A MESSAGE TODAYS YOUTH NEED) (and im 27) The Singin in the rain/umbrella one was really cool. I love that Dianna Argon seems excited about Stevie! she is Beautiful, and has a nice voice. I want to see that new movie she is in also. Anyway, i digress... Gwyneth Paltrow being involved means that "Landslide" will or should be treated well. It would be nice to see a stevie song get a full on stage production treatment. cause GOD-KNOWS we are never gonna get that from stevie. Just her standing behind a mike in a black dress.
Gwyneth's songs.

Shes not a bad singer. and in response to the second statement, not if Stevie Does a CAMEO. or if they mention her name. Or talk about FLEETWOOD MAC. Wich they already have done.

What episode have they spoken about FM ?

When Kurt's dad was getting married, he was the wedding planner

Ryan Murphy, Glee's creator/producer, has gone on record stating that Stevie approached him for a spot on the show and that he's trying to write her in.

This is from an interview in the Hollywood Reporter, a major entertainment industry trade publication:
