I think Charice is some singer on Glee? She did kick ass versions of Telephone and Listen.
Yess, I watch Glee. It's awesome. I want to marry Sue Sylvester.
The website won't load for some reason, maybe cause I'm at Uni? I'll check the next time I'm at home. Really glad if the ABBA girls are high on the list, those two have great voices and never get recognition for their vocals really.

This list is sad! I mean Linda Ronstadt, Pat Benatar, Barbra, Tina Turner, Miley Cyrus are way behind!!
I believe you can only vote once.

Stevie doesn't deserve a vote, right now. She really blew it. Raved about the 14 completed songs, won't share even one new song, and took 5 casino gigs out of greed so 'it would be like I toured all year'-- I think she's rested on her laurels for far too long and it's more than time that she does something to make herself current and not the oldies-for-cash act that she relishes being, so.
BORING of me to point it out, boring of her that it's true!

She's nearly 62. She deserves a rest right now after the many years of heavy touring she was involved in. And so what if she doesn't want to share the songs just yet until the album is released? Like alot of artists these days, she doesn't want her hardwork and efford to be prematurely stolen from her. She's made no secret of how much she loathes the internet and music "pirates". She's just protecting her labour of love, as she rightly should.

She's past 62 by months, not nearly 62.
She works the casino circuit for big bucks, and hasn't had an all-new solo cd in almost 10 years, yet fit in 2 world Fleetwood Mac tours (granted, with the SYW cd the first time)- and many solo tours since 2000, so she hasn't rested at all. What she has done is rehash the past- to the point of offensiveness- for big paychecks, when those of us who believed her when she said she wanted to be respected most as a songwriter have seen her stagnate for seven years, with her songwriting.
The 'Enchanted' and 'TISL' tours were the last time she stretched herself, creatively. She wasn't at her happiest or at her best on the SYW tour and ignored performing her best new songs in eons, 'Thrown Down' and 'Everybody Finds Out'. Oh, she was great on the 'Two Voices' 12-date tour with Henley, it was awesome.
A new cd released this year- and it was possible- ("I didn't want to make it an in-time for Christmas release") would have been a generous "I hear ya, here it is, fresh from the studio" to those who still care, but it's next year, so be it.
I will vote for her in this poll, though, because flaws and all, she's still my favorite female rock singer.
I admit that she entirely has the right to do whatever the hell she wants whenever the hell she wants.

NikolaJ, are you Nikayla's evil twin sister? LOL wrote Heartboy
^ Nope. I think Nikayla is a girl, and I am sure that I am not!
What's evil about saying SN has the right to do whatever she wants after stating that I still think she's the best female rock singer there is and would vote her so in this poll that's important to you? The 'negative' points I mentioned before were not inaccurate, it's a common feeling many of her biggest fans have expressed on The Ledge for years, and at the root, it's because we respect her talent beyond the nostalgia she heavily relies on.
Calling me 'evil' is not the kindest comment in the world, good thing I'm not touchy, harhar. I did notice you smiled after you wrote it, so, joke accepted :)
"Nikolaj" hasn't ever been mistaken as a female name before; that I know of, it's why I had to change it from 'Kolya' online in the 90's-- everyone thought that was a girl's name.

I agree with you wholeheartedly - but wasted my vote for Pat Benatar who is a much better singer.
