Converting CD to iPod question

Usually I don't have a problem getting a CD copied to my iPod, but I have a type of CD that I've never had before. I got it from Fye & it's called Playlist: The Very Best of Heart. It's pretty cool in that everything is on the CD; the music, the photos, the liner notes, but I can't figure out how to get the music in iTunes, so I can put it on my iPod. Looks like everything is in a PDF file. :shrug:

If someone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
