I saw her/them in Scottsdale, Az. a couple of times in the latter half of last Century. An interesting story to tell about Teri. After on e of these shows she was doing a meet and greet with the fans. I made sure I was the last person in line. I was wearing my TOSOTM tee shirt.

I thanked her for being so kind to take the time to talk with all those people and then I pointed to my shirt and asked her if she liked Stevie Nicks?

Terri said, " when I was on the plane flying from LA to here I was so excited when we were about to land. I was thinking, I'm breathing the same air as Stevie Nicks!"

I have a pic of Teri and I from that meeting. Someday when I get a scanner I will post it here.

Love the Stevie story. My friend has met her, said she was a doll. I have never seen Berlin or Teri solo, which is a bummer. Would LOVE to see them/her. Can't wait for the new album. Thats super good news. I loved 4Play. Despite being covers, her voice sounded SO strong.

I saw Terri and Berlin back in '83 at The US Festival, they were really good. Came on hours and hours before Stevie Nicks did, who was followed by Bowie.
"This is the best day of my life!" Terri shouted to the huge crowd. "Sex...I'm A" and "Masquerade" were pretty big LA radio songs at the time. 'The Metro" I think was maybe played the most. KROQ days, not KMET or KLOS. Younger, 'new wave'-- sigh- decades ago! 'Tell Me Why' was kewl too.
I don't remember much about their set, just that Terri was good, and they went over well. It was early in the day when Berlin played, before The Pretenders and U2, I'm pretty sure.
Funny, when the band got some backing and money for more produced music, they lost some of the edge they had with that early 'Pleasure Victim' album which sounded like it was recorded on a shoestring, but was better music than some of their later recordings.
Was wondering what Terri was up to. Glad to hear about the new music.

{{raises hand}} .. saw them in 1984 or 85 at a small theater in Ventura, California. Don't recall much advertising for that show and found out about it at the last minute. So glad to have gone because it was a great show. I was a KROQ Hag back in the early 80s too, until I moved way out of broadcast range. Still have one of their ROQ of the 80s tshirts. Only owned Berlin's first album, but played the heck out of it. Was amazed when I walked into my daughter's house one day and caught her rocking out to Metro on iTunes. She said it was my fault. She mostly listens to hip hop.

Count two Berlin fans over here.

A little trivia for you! Terri was an actress in the late 70's and early 80's. She appeared in the 1978 disco flick 'Thank God it's Friday' and did alot of the tv shows of the day. She was even up for a seven year contract on the night time soap 'Dallas' but turned it down because she wanted to do music. That's dedication!:wavey: My fave songs are 'Matter of Time', 'No More Words' and her vocals are awesome on 'You Don't Know'. In the early 90's she released a solo album that didn't go anywhere which is to bad. It had some good tracks like the single 'Let Me Be The One'!! She does a podcast show in LA every week with the Motels Martha Davis. Check my link and you can see where to find it. Like Stevie, Heart....Berlin still does shows every year. The new album is coming soon hopefully! I don't know why the song 'Scream' from 2005 wasn't a hit. Check that song out! :)

Ms. Nunn did a song in the early 90s with one of my all time favorite bands, The Sisters of Mercy. She did awesome:

*Rare* Live version of 'You Don't Know' in 1987. One of Terri's best vocals!:D
