I really like it! His voice is kind of reminiscent of John Mayer, and i like the fact that the arrangement focuses on percussion....

Yeah he does, like the Irish child of John Mayer and Phil Collins.

I like it!

[mylittledemon]

I think his voice is better than Mayer's

I agree with Anthony... it's very Lifehouse-ish. But it's great! Properly airy fairy and Macish. Good modern day interpretation!

[APerfectLie]

****ing love it.

[jannieC]

I definitely see the Mayer comparison- I like it!

[mylittledemon]

The more I listen to it, I think it's probably one of the best covers I've ever heard. And that particular song is not an easy one to try to do!

[coopcoop]

Wow. Thanks for posting, what is that weird instrument?

[Fleetwoodmark]

I believe it is simply an electric guitar put through a reverse delay pedal to make the melody :)

Ca-ching ca-ching with Stevie's cash register. It sounds ok.I never heard of Van Risseghem and he does sound like John Mayer and another guy in a band which I cant think of the name is.

[mylittledemon]

yeah its a great little cover, huh? It's rare that I hear a Mac cover that I actually want to hear again :D
