I just found that "they" info at nickslive. I think you are mistaken though...they have the NY date (ticket price of only 80 bucks!!!) but the other Kansas State Fair date is for Mick Fleetwood's blues band.
oh crap sorry, my bad, I misread :(

I everyone.
I ordered four tickets from ticketmaster.com and only need two. The two tickets I'm selling are in section 101, row 4 if anyone is interested. The total price from ticketmaster is 218.10. I'll sell them for 200 even.
Thanks and enjoy the show everyone!! I cannot wait for this!!

I just tried again for the hell of it and one of the security words was "Mac" I kid you not.
It does look like section 103 is coming up now, but rows 14 and 15, so I guess it depends what vantage you want. I got a little to the side, but row 3, so it all depends on the view and if you are short like me.
I like that I only have 3 rows of heads to look at in front of me. Damn, it sucks being short.

Yeah, I did. She promised that she would handle it, as a birthday present. You don't mess around with my Stevie!
I want to say that is a very sucky thing for a "friend" to do to you.
Especially if it was for your birthday. That kind of behavior makes it suck more.

Stevie is playing at the Kansas State Fair and Verona, New York. They just announced those tour dates. This looks like a real tour. She must be gettting ready to release something. :)
No she's not - Mick Fleetwood is. http://nickslive.blogspot.com/2010/05/kansas-state-fair-tickets-on-sale-sat.html
On the front page though, I see how you could have transpose something if you skimmed too quick.

Thats A good question, I dont know.I will keep a watch on Ticketmaster and wait it out for a better seats.I just have to pony up another $116.00 for the upgrade and dump the current seats at the show like I did in 2007 at the Mansfield MA venue I dumped 24th rows seats to a lucky Stevie fan for 3rd row center seats at face value from a scalper.will the was worth the gamble,I actually earned a handshake from our gal that night.will its a gamble.I rather see my bacon in Stevie's pockets then the slots.

How did you find a scalper? Did you, like, panhandle outside the venue?

No, Hahaha , He was in the parkinglot.I took a chance ,The tickets look real.It was a gamble.I was very lucky that night.
today I got sec 103 row 17 seat 2 or 3 I believe.I never been in this venue before. At last years FM shop here in AC at the Boardwalk Hall ,my seats wasn't that bad they on the floor probably in the 29 or higher row from them.for some reason I probably wont able have a chance to get down to the stage on time for the Edge walk.without getting noticed.

Alright, because i'm a paranoid freak - i took what they gave me. I'm section 103 row 16 seat 11.....can't wait to see ya all there! This is the first time my dad will be sitting REALLY far away from me at a concert...i'm excited!
BTW, i know the answer already, but does my seat have any chance at all for the edge walk?
and my dad is section 105 row 7 seat 15.....does he have a chance?

Hello, just joined the board today after reading for several years.
I was originally going to get a $76 in the back, because i am pushing 40 and getting cranky about having to stand up at concerts lol.
After coming up with various seats during the day which i passed on,
I was able to pull a ticket in 104 row 2 at around 5:30 this afternoon.
I believe the next ticket that came up after that was the 105-7-15 someone had mentioned.

well looks like the ticket prices are slowing getting to normal....ACticketguys.com has 3rd row center stage for 497$...you have to buy 2 or 4. Good deal or should i keep waiting??
HowardK

I would just wait until the week before or buy now and upgrade which would be cheaper than paying the $500. Plus I am always skeptical about brokers to being with,

Welcome to the Ledge HowardK !!!!!! And that seat rocks! I have section 101, row 4, seats 11 and 12. (at least it is the seats closer to the stage) Kind of paranoid about being on the side, but I think it will be okay.
What number seat are you in?

Just some reference to go on ... I Googled the capacity of this venue and it is 5,000 and the capacity for the Boardwalk Hall that FM played at last year in Atlantic City is either
12,000 or 13,800. So, it does sound like for people like me on the side a little on the floor, it hopefully will still have a good view of the stage.
I also went searching for videos on youtube from this venue and it looks like there are screens, that look like they are part of the venue and not part of the stage set up the artist brings in I think.

I was hoping someone who's been to the Taj and understands left and right will clarify something for me. (I seriously often infer the opposite of what is true when reading seating charts)- Ok, we know that Section 103 is best section, dead center, where Stevie's mic would be. True?
I've always noticed that she seems to start her 'Edge' walk to her right, on stage. For the audience, it seems the 'Edge Walk' starts from our left.
To my reading of the seating chart, which I doubt being adept at, it seems to me that Section 105 is to her farthest right, so is this where The Edge walk would start? Or, am I backwards, and it's actually Section 1o1 where she would venture off to, first.
Also, some casinos I've been to don't seem 'set up' for an Edge walk...Is The Taj?
It really seems to me that Section 105 would be the furthest audience 'left' section down front, is that correct?
If it turns out that Section 101 is the correct answer to my question there I go again. 'Don't tell me to turn right at the end of the exit, I'll turn left" to semi-quote SN from the US Festival in '83.
Thanks for those willing to answer, I'm trying to decide which tickets I want.

Thanks for those willing to answer, I'm trying to decide which tickets I want.It is more like starting at section 104-103-102 going left to right from our view of the stage. People like me in 101 would see her last but only really if I get in front of the stage at section 102. Stevie always goes from Waddy 's side to Sharon & lori's side.

Ok, I just rolled the dice after my purchase and tried again. I went from 5th row on the end to row 4 only 4 and 5 seats from the end closer to the stage.
I am willing to sell my other two tickets, section 101, row 5, seats 1 and 2 to you or anyone who wants them. Good way to avoid ticket broker fees and all that.
PM me on here or send me an email at
[email protected]
Total cost for the two tickets with fees and all that crap is $219.85. I chose to print the tickets so I can mail them right away.
Edit: These seats make for great access to rush the stage for the Edge Walk.
Seats for sale are: Section 101, Row 5, Seats 1 & 2
Edit 2 These tickets are now goneDue to unforeseen cicumstances, these 2 tickets are back up for sale, section 101, row 5 seats 1&2 total cost $219.85 can do paypal or check, tickets in PDF so they can be emailed

Hello everyone, I would be interested in attending a gathering before hand.
This is one of my favorite venues along with MSG, the Tower Theatre, and Borgata.
I wonder who the opening act will be? I think i missed her at the Borgata the last few times due to waiting to long to get tix.
I did catch FM at Boardwalk Hall last year. My tickets were on the side of the stage and they offered "upgrades" to a section further away, so i just stayed put.

about 7 hour drive from AC to Foxwoods

about 7 hour drive from AC to Foxwoods
Without any traffic, it's definitely less than that. I'd say more like 4.5-5 hours. AC is about 2 hours south of Newark and Foxwoods is probably just about 2 hours from Newark. But you should factor in another hour or so to account for the traffic crossing from NJ to NY. It's hit or miss. It can take 5 minutes or an hour. All depends.
I live just north of Newark airport and can't decide which venue to go to. Doing both is quite a task, although not ruling it out yet.
Good luck!

Well, on the radio station that I listen to at work, WZXL out of Atlantic City, they are running a commercial for this show. She's singing her different classic songs in the background & a man's voice is talking on yak, yak see Stevie Nicks at her one time solo appearance. Spend the evening with Stevie Nicks, that voice, etc. Tickets available though Ticketmaster or at the Taj box office. And pick up her "Live in Chicago" out now. Huh? This has been out over a year. Is this what she's promoting now? And I rarely hear this station play Fleetwood Mac, & I never hear them play any Stevie solo stuff at all. But anyway, her show is being promoted on this radio station anyway.

I remember the long haul back in 2007. From AC To Mansfield MA..
It was a good 8 hour ride ,Including a pit stop at home at midpoint.
If I add the Turning Stone Casino to my mini tour,That will be a long haul, but ,
I have a free day between for a buffer. So thats one less day in AC just to visit.

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone has ever attended a concert at the Taj to know what the floor plan really is? I bought tickets in sec. 101 row 1, but they are marked "side view", and the face value is lower than sec 102-104. The seating charts I have seen show sec 101 as on the floor, and on the far right of the stage, but I don't know if there are any obstructions from there, or if I would have any problems getting to the stage for "the crawl".

I was just driving back from the beach and I saw a Trump Taj Mahal billboard listing Stevie's upcoming show on the NJ Turnpike. No pic of her, just her name and the date but still so exciting to see!!! I'm sorry I couldn't snap a pic when i was passing. Only a little over a month to go! :blob1:

This will be my first time seeing Stevie, so I'm very excited. I'd love it if she added Storms to her set since I didn't get to see the last FM tour and would really like to hear that, but I'm pretty sure I'll be happy no matter what.

Face Value. Want to make sure I'm on the same page as everyone else. That means if the ticket price is $130, then you pay $260, correct?
Unless face value has changed the last time I purchased a ticket that way, years ago, it meant double the ticket price then. Still?

umm no, face value means the price printed on the ticket ...so if the price printed on the ticket is $130...$130 would be face value. and that would include all charges, i think...meaning "total original price paid" imo

Anyone else? What SuiteShangriLa wrote is exactly what I thought. I wound up paying double and it was explained to me 'face value' meant the price plus the price, equaling double.
And I bought it! Another fan told me the same thing- did we both get swindled? I totally agree that 'face value' should mean the price on the ticket- but from my experience, it meant double.
I'd be very interested with others experiences with sellers who sold to you at 'face value'.

Wow, really. Well, if he needed the money that badly, I guess it's good he got it and I had it to give to him. It was a front row seat, long ago, and I've never missed the money, and loved the show.
It's just good that I face that sometimes I am so gullible! Dang. Maybe that's why I'm one of the few who think we'll see the new Stevie cd in stores in October.
But then, I believed 'face value' meant double. At least I got what I wanted. I'll buy ten copies on the same day at different stores if the new Stevie is released in October. Yeah, that should do it...
G'nite :)

When was that? (I haven't read every post)
Stevie CD in October....well if......nevermind.

Nobody official has ever said October, I've just thought it will be ready for release in October, based on something I heard late last year from an old colleague whom I believed, and based on how quickly she got into the studio this year, and how relatively fast time is running out.
Dave or nobody official said anything about an October release since we found out about them recording together.
I was told back in December 2009 that definitely a new Stevie solo cd would be worked on in 2010 for release before years end, late summer was mentioned as possibly a time of a song on itunes, and perhaps the full cd by fall, and I wrote about it here.
At that same time, in Dec. of 2009 I was told there would definitely be no new Fleetwood Mac cd, and shared it here. It turned out to be true, so far. Many were expecting or hoping they'd go into the studio after the 'Unleashed' tour ended wherever it did, in New Zealand or Australia, in December of 2009.
Oh, I also was told Interscope was more likely than Reprise or Warner Brothers, and nobody on The Ledge believed it, and that's fine, it was second hand news, or third hand news, even. And so far there's no word at all that any new solo or band music will be on Interscope.
The thing people really didnt believe was that the reason Stevie was recording a solo cd first was because it was believed Christine could be lured back for a 2012 farewell tour after a proper final Mac album with all 5 of them.
I know Christine is retired and understand why no-one thought it was likely, or maybe that I'd lied. I just shared what I'd been told- there was no interest in a major Mac tour by promoters after Unleashed, Chris was needed because the US public loves reunions and or farewells, and it was just easier for Stevie to do a solo cd til there could be a huge Fleetwood Mac cd and tour, in a way that the 'Say You Will' cd was not huge, and in a way that wasn't like them coasting, as they did with 'Unleashed' which lost some promoters money- not the band, they did fine. The best shot at a fullscale smash tour and an album that might do better was try to get Christine back in 2012, though it was a longshot. So just do Stevie first. She may not be fast, but tends to be faster than LB, and without Christine, SN probably wasn't enthused about a Mac album.
This is what I was told by a successful industry guy I hadn't talked to in years, who doesn't work for Warner Bros or Interscope, but did some digging for info, a few phone calls, when we got back in touch, as he knows I've been a big Stevie and Mac fan since even before he knew me, back in the 80s and 90s.
It was the first time we'd spoken in a good 10 years, and I've never known him to lie, we'd exchanged holiday cards since I left LA, and in 09 I decided to call him, and he called back and we caught up, and he said 'Before you ask, here's what I think is going to happen with Fleetwood Mac'...
This story tends to irritate people, and it's all searchable, I went into way more details and now I think it won't happen.
But, so far, all he was right about was SN going into the studio as a solo act first and that there'd be nothing from Fleetwood Mac in 2010.
