Wow, that is actually identical to Stevie's blue lamp!
But I think it's going to be a b*tch to find the machting lower half.

Wow, that is just like Stevie's Blue Lamp. Cool. Very odd though it is being sold without the base, and finding one to match would be almost impossible.

If you watch ebay for these, it's actually quite common to see somebody selling only the base or the shade. I don't know if it's because the other half is broken or missing... or if they're mixing and matching colors. After all, the bottom half of Stevie's is purple, and the top is blue... if my memory serves me correctly.
For those who are interested in more... just search ebay for "slag lamp." Slag is the type of glass they are. Despite what Stevie says, they aren't in fact Tiffany. Some are made my Frankel Light Co... but there were multiple manufacturers in the '20s and '30s making lamps identical to these.

I think someone mentioned she may have interchanged the slag shade covers on the bottom. It makes sense anyway. But who knows?
