I definitely agree. I wouldn't write the Nicksfix's epitaph just yet, though. It's gone down a considerable amount of times over the the past decade and a half. My guess is it'll quietly return. If not, we can surely find another medium to house our chat nights.

Yeah we need a chat room if we have to dl AIM or AOL or Skype (I think Louie mentioned they had rooms) or some other medium. I think the chatters that are diehard about chatting wouldn't mind the extra trouble and time downloading a program that would enable us all to chat.

I'm getting the same message. However I don't think we have been banned. If we were, it would simply tell us we've been banned. The site would not be trying to help us re -connect if we were banned.

I think I spooked myself after our chat in Nickfix tonight lol. I had stepped outside to let the dog out and looked down the street about 3 houses and something, a panther or bobcat was sitting in the neighbors driveway... I knew I would see something or feel something after talking like we did. All I know is it didn't move and I got my ass inside and I'll have to stop going outside at 3 am if possible. I live in the city but the Florida scrub across the street can seem like an eerie jungle at night.
