I was lookin up old newspaper articles on google and came across this.. love the name of the paper btw.. Because of the article and the accompanying mislabeled pics I kept imagining Lindsey in a sheer black dress.. hehehe

Also, looks like FM opened or co-headlined for the Eagles once before, didn't know that.

here's the link http://news.google.com/newspapers?id=RHcvAAAAIBAJ&sjid=WNsFAAAAIBAJ&pg=1374,5218697&dq=stevie+nicks&hl=en

Oooh, that's really nice. It's funny to think of SYLM and Rhiannon not being well received, even with the bad sound system.

Love reading how Chris, the spokesperson for the group, can transcend sexual barriers. I mean, as a musician/singer/songwriter at that time, I definitely think she did, but this article suggests she did just because her voice was deep:laugh:. Michele

The article gets the singer's names correctly and the pictures gets the names wrong. How weird. I bet the crowd loved Rhiannon, despite what the writer wrote.

Thank you for posting this.

Wow, that's the newspaper from my hometown. It's good to see that their writing then was about on par with how it was growing up *stares blankly*

We have another soda sprayer! Have you met Arlene? She likes to spit out her diet coke and destroy her keyboard on a daily basis. :wavey:

I don't understand why it never occurs to these people -- journalists! -- that Lindsey's name isn't even spelled with the feminine a instead of e. But it's still funny. :D

No takers for the fanclub? Come on, you love Stevie's facial hair.
