I wouldn't deem that Rooms on Fire file as a song with alternate lyrics. This is a work track. It's like many of her demos it their infancy--a song being born. It appears that her way of creating a song is to take a bunch of rambling unformed words, phrases and sketches, then sing and ramble them incessantly over a rudementry demo track.
Eventually, with the aid of a producer, it gets widdled down and molded into something concise and coherant. But this isn't a song with alternate lyrics-- it's messy pile of clay.

I'm loving the demo of Thousand Days that you posted. It's really great and there are some lyrics that didn't make the final cut. Thanks so much for posting!
"He has an atitudddde. Do I have an ATTITUUUUDETOOOO?"
And is she saying "already screamming" or something else at the end?
