The season being what it is I going to try and share some of my radio shows. I don't all that many transferred to MP3 yet, but I have a couple. I've never uploaded anything before, but here goes. If this works, I'll begin uploading other shows I have.

This show is an one hour interview with Stevie from sometime in 1982 and features her telling the stories behind her songs from "Long Distance Winner" thru "Gypsy".
This was pulled from the original vinyl album sent to radio stations back in the day. There may be a rogue skip here or there, but nothing too bad.

Hope this works!!

Skuncles, thank you for sharing this splendid radio interview, taped carefully from the vinyl source. The audio is excellent. I'm playing the MP3s on Winamp on my new Gateway NV78 laptop with 17.3-inch screen & 4 gigs of DDR3 RAM.

The interview is emblematic of Fleetwood Mac's greatness. Stevie's comments about ethnic influences on "Long Distance Winner" are totally asinine & incoherent & completely garbled & wrong--she's so perfectly Stevie in this exchange.

I commend you right here in public for your generosity & your entertaining contributions to The Ledge.

I don't remember this radio interview. It's a keeper!

You're welcome, I just re-read my original post, good Lord, it's loaded with typos!! I have to remember to proofread!!! I just posted a 1976 interview with Jim Ladd with Fleetwood Mac under the "Jim Ladd Innerviews" thread.
