The single versions of "Talk To Me" and "If Anyone Falls" are not different than the album versions. Edge and Lace are edited ... if I were home I could upload them for you but I'm sure by that time somebody else will.

How is "Lace" edited? I thought the album and single versions were identical...

How is "Lace" edited? I thought the album and single versions were identical...

first verse:

Is love so fragile...
and the heart so hollow
Shatter with words...
impossible to follow
You're saying I'm fragile...I try not to be
I search only...for something I can't see

I have my own life...and I am stronger
Than you know
But I carry this feeling
When you walked into my house
That you won't be walking out the door
Still I carry this feeling
When you walked into my house
That you won't be walking out the door

The lines in bold are not on the single edit of Leather and Lace (the good ole days of 45 records) http://rockalittle.com/leather&lace.jpg

There is a very rare and unusual version of Talk To Me on a rather obscure compilation CD 'Only Rock n Roll - #1 Radio Hits 1985-1989, released in 1996. Not only is the mix very different, but her vocal track is different from the album. Sorry I can't post it.
