View Full Version : Stevie Touched My Hand!!!!!!!

I know I have told you this but I just want to tell it again, hope you don't mind! I'm sooo happy!!!! As you might know, I was at the Stockholm concert and when I walked out from the Ericsson Globe that night, I had been touched by an angel :angel:...So, I have asked some of you this and all I have asked say that Stevie doesn't usually shake hands when she tours with The Mac...???...again, is that really true??? Didn't she shake hands with anybody on the US tour??? She took my hand and I THANK HER SOOOOOOOO MUCH for making my dream come true and for giving me light in my soul by holding my hand for a few seconds...only wish someone had a picture or a video when I did that!!! :blob2: :blob1: But however, I will NEVER, EVER forget that night, October 10th 2009. The night my dreams came true :angel:

congrats. she rarely shakes hands when on tour with FMac. I was at a show on the SYW tour and had been in front of her mic all night hoping to get a shake and as she turned to leave the stage after Goodbye Baby, she turned around and came back to shake my hand...yeah, I died. it was so cool and I'm lucky to have it on DVD. I've since shaken her hand 2 or 3 times...congrats again!

there's nothing like shaking stevie's hand!!!~ congrats~ i have been lucky enough to have shaken her hand 4 times now & it never loses is magicalness:nod:~

Wow! Congratulations! That is rare during a FM concert. I was lucky to shake hands, touch her hand twice and also will never forget that magical moment. You must still be on cloud 9 :D

Shaking hands with her after being a fan for 30 plus years was a highlight in my life for sure. And her hands are incredibly soft! I'm dying to know what kind of hand cream she uses! :D

And to answer the question: I shook her hand on one of her solo tours (2005).

The night I shook her hand on the TISL tour was one of the best nights of my life. Nothing quite like having La Nicks kiss you on the cheek and know your name :) :) :)

It really is amazing. I was so knocked out how she made connections like that quite a bit during her DVD/CD signing in NYC. She didn't with everyone, but with a lot of us and it was so special.

and i got all excited for you :blob1::laugh:

yah i think it's not really the norm for her to shake hands during Mac tours
so i hope that makes it extra special for u :D
In Dallas on the SYW i was in like the 9th row and everyone had pretty much cleared away and left during goodbye baby...not knowing it was coming. Stevie blew a kiss, which im going to assume was at me coz i was the only one standing there and she was looking right at me :laugh: i was happy with that LOL

still, good for you though

Keep in mind I was a cute 9-year-old and she knew who I was thanks to my old math teacher.... I kinda had my advantages going for me but yes, I got a cheek kiss. :)
