they're great shots. I'm pretty sure that coat she's wearing is the Rhiannon coat she wore during The Dance tour.

They almost look like they could have been for a tour book or just promo pictures from the record label or maybe album cover who knows awesome pictures

You could be right. Guy Webster is a classic photographer and I can't imagine he would be hired to shoot Stevie without something great in mind. (If you haven't already, take a look at his website. He is famous for his rock album covers... The Doors, Nico, Mamas & the Papas to name a few great ones.) Perhaps these photos were not chosen to be used for the intended piece after all. It's wonderful to see them!

They would have made some great promo pics. I never liked the ones they used during the SA promotion.
