Just got back from Pukkelpop in Belgium where I saw Florence for the first time and I have to say, she MUST be a Fleetwood Mac/ Stevie fan.. Her onstage presence for songs like Drumming Song and Cosmic Love were like present day live Rhiannon performances. She has a huge early Stevie air about her movement and onstage performing. Very highly impressed!!! :D

Any Florence fans lurking around the Ledge?

I agree there. Rhiannon is only so so these days..

Not a big Florence fanatic either. Don't get the hype in this country with her.:shrug:

I love Florence :D She's an incredible performer and her voice is amazing!

Watching her performance at Reading festival and she's wearing a very stevie-esque top with chiffon sleeves.. she also wears it in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TpLXQorSQe8&feature=related

I really like her, and I'm going to see her at Shepherds Bush in Sept. I'm really looking forward to it.

I think Florence definitely is influenced by Stevie.

I think she's really influenced by her aswel.

Even some of the lyrics. Blinding seems to always remind me of Bella Donna era,.. but I have absolutely no idea why!??

I hope she plays some nice little Irish gigs during the winter.. :D

Yes. At Glasto this year. She was drunk and bewildered. Completely out of it.
