Hellooooooo everyone! As some of you have probably seen in my posts, my parents are suuuuuper overly protective and won't let me add anyone I don't know in person to my facebook! And after some hard work on convincing her, I finally created a seperate account so that I can join in on the Ledge group and friend some of you guys. :D My actual account is under a different name, so good luck trying to stalk me now! :p I'm kidding, I love all you Ledgies, and I hope ya'll know that!

I loveeeee Tennessee walkers! :thumbsup: A rode a black walker once, the first green horse I ever rode. And the results were NOT pretty. >.< (And by green, I'm talking in horse terms, not color!!) :]

Read my thread "Dani's Diary" in Chit Chat-- I talked a little about my experience with riding. I currently train green horses (I'm starting my first 3-year-old next month!!) and re-train problem horses. Trust me, I feel your pain-- I have been nearly killed teaching numerous horses how to jump. Not pretty.

Actually unless you are going to run off to meet the man of your dreams through facebook your mum really doesn't have much to worry about. Just stay away from anyone saying they are a 15 year old boy and would you like to fly to Paris to get a hamburger! :lol:

I went on a horse trail ride once and out of about 10-15 people I was the only one who had to have a "guide" walk with me and my horse the whole way cuz it wouldn't move or it would go the wrong way. :shrug:

Welcome to my life. I train young horses and essentially retrain problematic ones, so I am CONSTANTLY dealing with equine sass. They can smell fear from a mile away.

Your horse can probably sense my fear from Pennsylvania. I think horses are beautiful, but they're SO BIG.

The only time I have ever ridden a horse I was given a mare that was obviously in season. A stallion in the group spent the whole time trying to get to her (and she to him) which was not much fun (and not the sort of horse you give a first-time rider). I had to fight with her the whole way, they had to keep a horse between them the whole time, and the rider of the stallion had to fight with him. Nearly lost the battle too!!! I was half expecting to be crushed by a sex-crazed stallion! :(

You need to meet my pony when you come. He will love you. He's like a big dog. He licks people.
