Over You - with Prince?

I've just read a comment on a youtube video that mentions Stevie did a song with Prince called Over You, or All Over You, and so they've worked together other than on Stand Back. I've never heard of this song at all and it's not on youtube...does anyone have any information about it? I'd do a google search but I'd rather get the info from here because it will probably be more accurate! All I can find is that it's a bootleg and may or may not be Stevie?

When was it recorded, and if released where can I get it?

I've actually never listened to the song, so basically it's just sitting in my iTunes folder with Stevie's name on it.
