I was just qurious about how the ticketsales go in Europe?
I know the concerts in Holland and Belgium are sold out but how are other European countries doing? Does anyone know something about the sales in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, Ireland and the UK??

Well, I am considering going to the October 30& 31 shows in London and I'm finding that those are listed as sold out too. SO ticket sales are apparently going very well. I'm not giving up hope though that tickets will become available. Where there's a will, there's a way right?

Well, I see I have to buy a ticket to Berlin quickly... but I still don´t know how? Is there any chance to buy it in some ticketsale here in Prague, or only through the internet? I´ve never buy anything on the internet and I don´t know how that´s going...

Sweden is selling well, only "bad" seats left (capacity 13.000).

Denmark is selling...bad if you ask me. I wonder what they were thinking, choosing Parken arena. It's HUGE, the capacity is 42.000. No WAY they will sell more than 15.000 tickets.

I see, the best seats in Berlin are sold out. I checked in eventim.de, but still have problem to order ticket. My order is cancelled always... but I don´t know why... is there any short time after checking in, when I can´t order anything?

I think, there is some problem with my account in a bank, I have never pay anything this way, so maybe there is something blocked, I´ll go to my bank tomorrow.

Thank you for your kindness very much:).

My seat will be probably somewhere in Block 103 in O2 World.

It´s funny that noone in my family understand that... they told me, that I will see some very small statures somewhere long way, and that they are surprised, that it is worthwile for me:laugh:. They just don´t understand, what those guys in Fleetwood Mac means to me. It will be one of the biggest experience of my life. There are lots of buts in this tour (Stevie´s singing isn´t best, sometimes really false, missing Christine, no new songs and rehashing old stuff), but this is my first, and I think the last too, chance to see them... I have to go at any rate.

I was thinking... we all here sometimes disagree what period of Stevie was best... or what is most favourite... I´ve always mentioned that my favourite is the generaly least favourite time period - during taking Klonopin in late 80s. But to compare with current tour... maybe her voice was marked by taking Klonopin, but she never sang false like now sometimes... I don´t know what´s the problem now... is she happy touring with Fleetwood Mac? Is she getting older and that´s why ? To compare Unleashed and SYW tour, there is huge difference, she had so much energy in SYW tour, she really enjoyed those concerts... but now, all fans say that Lindsey is definitely that drafter of all concerts... I just don´t know what´s wrong with Stevie...

GrahnNicks

There's nothing wrong with Stevie, the problem is too much smoking and drinking in the past. If you think about it, her voice has not been very good since Tusk tour 79 (listening to live from St Louis right now and my god, Angel is great!).
Sisters of the moon on Mirage tour, the legendary remember?, is not very good vacally either, it's the end of the song everybody talks about.

And the lack of energy comes with age I guess, she's 61 with a bad hip (?) and the time when some good line of coke would help is long gone.

I saw her in Stockholm on The other side of the mirror tour and remember I was crying, she was in such a bad shape. It was awful and I've never seen so many people leave a consert before the end...

My guess is, this is the last tour in Europe so I've got tickets to both Danmark and Stockholm and I'm pretty sure it will be some changes in the setlist. Tango in the night and Tusk were monsters in Europe. So...maby...Sisters of the moon? One can hope! (listening to Sisters right now, from Tusk live...MUCH better with MUCH more energy than on Miragetour if you ask me..)

Wouldn't miss it for the world. I love her, with or without good voice.

Matthew
07-22-2009, 04:37 AM
Hm, it would be nice if there will be changes in the setlist, but I´d say there won´t be any. When they were in 2003 in Europe, there was the same setlist like in USA (or I missed something?).

Glasgow is sold out too.

Only "bad" tickets left in Paris.

About Denmark: My guess is they think fans from Norway will go to Denmark. Wrong thinking if you ask me, fans from Norway goes to Sweden, due to the weak swedish crowne. The ticketprice is far cheaper in Sweden, simple as that.

You're right, if you ask me :) I also think that the fans from Norway go to Sweden :) It's closer also to travel. And yeah, the tickets are cheper here in Sweden, I think, the 5th row tickets me and my dad bought cost 995 kr which is ca 130 dollar for one ticket :)

And...thank you god!...Denmark is going well now!

It's going to be hard to sell all the tickets for Stockholm. I've been in Ericsson Globe many times and the tickets left are high high up. Waste of money to by them. Funny though, there is one (One!) ticket left front row, right in front of Lindsey. If it's still left on monday I'll buy it!:D

That´s interesting... well here we can see the outcom of the Iron Curtain... Fleetwood Mac aren´t so famous here... if they come to Prague or something like that, selling tickets would be hard... but I know that they were in Vienna in 1990, i´d like to know how much tickets was bought. They have never been there before and after.

I had luck, my daddy had many cassettes, and on one of them was Fleetwood Mac´s Greatest Hits from 1988 and first half of Timespace, I just loved that since I was child :). If there would be no internet... I´d know Fleetwood Mac songs from official albums (since 1975), and that´s it. And Timespace and Trouble In Shangri-La is in our lending office too. But that´s all. But through internet I found live records, outtakes, pictures, many videos and informations about all tours... I have to thank to you all for this forum, because I download many great things here... and this concert in Berlin is completion of my interest in Fleetwood Mac :).

"The Unleashed Tour" startade i USA i mars och Europadelen drar igång i Köpenhamn 8 oktober.

40 miljoner exemplar

1977 kom albumet "Rumours" med hits som "Don't stop", "Go your own way" och "Dreams".

Gruppen valdes in i Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 1998 tillsammans med bland annat The Eagles och Santana.

Just for the heck of it, I checked online and pulled up 4th row for Copenhagen. I don't think this is a good sign, that is, unless this is one of those last-minute ticket drops. But then again, top tickets are 1100Kr or about $216. That's insane in the membrane!

Antwerpen was sold out but they threw in some extra tickets at the last minute for people that were on the waiting list. They are all tickets with an obstructed view. Holland sold out in 10 minutes, I think Oberhausen is now finally sold out, though it took a while. Good to hear Stockholm is sold out, as are most of the other shows - or at least close to. At least they will consider Europe again *if* they ever tour again.

It sucks that their first show will be in an arena that's only half full though.

That's still an incredible number- easily the largest crowd of the entire tour. I suspect there aren't any indoor arenas in Denmark with that kind of capacity, so it justifies their decision to play in the stadium.

I was looking the other day for tickets for Glasgow - £160 at least for decent seats. That's about $300.

What about Berlin? I´ll be there nest Monday and I´d like to know how many seats will be free too :). I saw on eventim.de that it´s not sold out, probably won´t be.

It´s amazing that they are playing right now in Copenhagen :D. And I´m sitting here home in Prague, not so far (instead of America), in the same time (I mean if they started in 8 o´clock in the evening... I had 8 o´clock here too.

I hope there will not be any problem with my camera.
What if it will not be allowed to take a pictures? They won´t let me go, or what? I have never been to such a big concert like this.
