Bad people/traders page on my website

Hi everybody,
I finally decided to publish a Bad people/traders page on my website to warn other Stevie fans. I've had repeating problems with these persons named and I will NOT shut my mouth anymore about them. I've heard from several other Stevie fans the same stories and what these persons are doing is NOT ok! Some of you might think that this is extreme...not in my opinion. If I would have had problems with them for just one time I wouldn't have mention it. I'm trying to warn all Stevie fans to be VERY cautious...I do not want that they will have the same problems.

Good for you, and I personally, send you a huge "thank you" for doing that! I know a lot of people who spend good money for photos as well as other Stevie goodies, and it sure helps to know just who the bad ones are out there.. My hat's off to you for doing that!

Hi Melanie: Its great that your doing this....I have also had some not so good dealings with these same traders (& maybe some others too). As much as I love what this one person has in there collection (pics/cds etc) ....I'm not sure they are to be trusted anymore. Personally, its really really sad when other 'fans' do this to other fans. It really shouldn't be like this and that is no way to act. If you are going to trade with other fans. Please please be honest about such transactions & follow through .....it shouldn't have to take repeated emails etc. If you agree on something do it.....no crap about months....I do mean months (like 6 months or longer) & than send the said items.... agreed upon. Its wrong--period. Yes, we all have problems & issues. But repeated excuses only run you so far......and they are lame. If you were wrong please own it......as I always say walk a mile in the persons shoes that doesn't have said items. Would YOU like to be treated this way.....probably not........its very very sad......it should not ever be this way......and it is wrong ....period.......IMO anyway......thats my peace......:shrug::nod:

I heard from some friends that there are some names on your "Bad People" list who should not be there. Imagine my surprise when I checked and found myself there, too! What you are hearing - and you truly should check your facts before slandering innocent people - about Lisa, Joe, and me is part of a smear campaign by a handful of people who are hell-bent on destroying us because we dared to disagree with them. THEY are the ones who send the hate mail and threats, all of which I would be more than happy to share with you should you have doubts. You would be wise to take our names off your list, as all of the evidence is in the hands of my attorney. These liars will be dealt with properly, as what they have been doing for several months is against the law. Cyber-bullying is illegal, and they have gone far beyond that. The worst offender - who tries to cover her venom with strings of "LOLOLOL's - posted many lies about me to her lame little group, including that I had been banned from Enchanted. Well, guess what - I never have been. Check with Daniel, if you choose to doubt me. The ONLY group from which I have ever been banned is hers, but that happened AFTER I unsubscribed on my own and blocked her from my Facebook account. Again, check your facts, don't believe everything that you hear, and feel free to contact me should you desire to read the lies, the threats, and the abuse, and remember that this IS now a legal issue. You have a nice website, and I would hate to have the lies that are posted there because of a few bad apples cause trouble for you because you are innocent in this and only know what you have been told. That said, my attorney wants anything and everything that is being spread about me, so what you have posted WILL go to him if necessary.

PS The only people on your list who are my "bosom friends" are Lisa and Joe, and they are being lied about as badly as I am... (You may want to check with Herb Worthington, too, and see WHO the lair was regarding him because it was NOT Lisa and Joe...) It is sad that some people have nothing better to do than to attack sick, innocent people who have done NONE of what they are being publically accused of. But then again, doing what they are doing publically is a great help to us legally...

& gypsy1947, i too have had not so nice dealings w/ joe & lisa copying my photos & using them on windchild~ but i know lisa isn't in the best of health, or wasn't the last i heard, which is sad~ & they also let the matter drop & removed my photos & or gave me credit, as some of the others have not~ so i choose not to bring them up~

i just have a hard time, when we have great fans who come & share their photos, even personal ones that they have taken at shows, only for them to be copied & sold on ebay within the week~ & some of these thiefs who also have health problems hide behind that & have used that reasoning over & over in selling stuff to others & not delivering the goods~

it makes the sharers not want to do so anymore...i'm just saying:shrug:~

I have had alot of contacts at the beginning of the 90s. And the FACTS that are stated on my Bad people page are FACTS that I got from SEVERAL Stevie fans not only from ONE. If I would have heard these stories just ONE time then there would have been no need for me to mention this. BUT...this are REPEATING stories from DIFFERENT Stevie fans so you really should stay away from the name of this ONE person.

The names on my Bad people page are names that came across my life again and again the past years and it is indeed very strange that the same names are mentioned by other fans with the same story. So this really makes someone startle. My decision to do this page are mentioned on the page itself. I want to WARN other Stevie fans...what they are doing themselves at least are out of my hands.

To publish this page is NOT criminal. I do not commit any crime. Everything stated is factual and not harassing. You can involve your lawyers and if I should get an answer from any of the lawyers they will get the same response from me as stated above. And...at least....the US law is different as the german law. So the US law is NOT valid in Germany!

YOU really have the nerves to talk about photos??? YOU have DOWNLOADED photos from the Backstage Gallery and SOLD them at eBay even though YOU didn't have the permission! Backstage Gallery only sells photos in BIG sizes starting with the size 11x14, the photos YOU have offered were size 4x6. And you have cropped out the logo on the right lower corner. And you are repeating to tell that ALL the photos you are offering for sale were purchased 10 years ago. Did you purchase the SAME photo 20 times 10 years ago??? Of course, everybody is buying 20 copies of the same photo, how stupid me! The same **** with the rare polaroid photos that were offered at eBay few times ago. These are UNIQUE but you sold CHEAP downloaded copies of them again and again. I know some of the owner of the ORIGINAL polaroids. You can stop telling ****. It's not me who lies, it's YOU!

We had NO contact during the Affairs of the Heart fanzine days because I was not part of it (possibly because I was caring for a husband who was dying of cancer and had no time, but that is neither here nor there). I guarantee that what you have heard about me has been since I unsubscribed from that joke of a group back in the winter. And the so-called "facts" that you are relying upon came from one person and her little clique. The proof is in what you posted above, as I did not mention anyone's names but mine, Lisa's, and Joe's. Oops - sorry, but you just "outed" your informant!

I did not say that publishing your page is criminal, however what you posted about me is untrue. Cyberspace has NO boundaries, therefore the slanderous comments that have been made about me on it ARE illegal. Prior to me unsubscribing from that lame group, I saw the same things happen to other innocent people, and it is beyond comprehension how someone can devote her life to trying to ruin the lives of others. I am too old for this petty crap, and I will not tolerate my name being slandered in this manner. I can assure you that this "boy who cried wolf" syndrome is going to end in a major way in the near future.

During the short time that I was (stupidly) part of that group, I witnessed this pattern with others, as I already stated. After I unsubscribed, not only did the harassment continue in the way of private emails to me, but also to others, as well as constant posts to the group about me - all of which were lies. She THOUGHT that everybody there was her friend, but some thought enough of me to keep me informed as to what was being said. She went so far as to demand complete loyalty from all members and for none of them to associate with me, or they would be banned. She also stated that their computers would be seized in the "criminal investigation" in an attempt to bully them, as well. Sorry, but it has all backfired on her, as I have all of the emails that she sent to me privately, all that she sent privately to others about me, the posts to the group, and more. Again, I would be happy to share them with you so that you can read for yourself who is doing the lying, because it isn't me. What is in black and white can't be disputed, and she has gone too far this time... It is rather sad that someone has to stoop to such lows, but I have had enough of it and have acted on it legally. What YOU seemingly don't understand is that I'm talking from DIFFERENT persons, you are ALWAYS picking on just ONE person! I know for sure that the OTHER persons are NOT "friends" (as you like to say it!) with that SPECIAL person YOU are talking about. I have alot of contact with other Stevie fans and to be honest, I DON'T CARE what others thinks about me or what they ever had said about me in the past or about my country. I do not agree with ALL US mentalities that you guys have and I'm sure that the US people doesn't always agree with the german mentality. Everybody is saying something devaluate about someone or do you want to tell me that you NEVER do complain about a person or about something?? I doubt....

Personally....all this inner turmoil to me should be done privately & not on this website....That is IMO.....I do not know of anything that is going on in this discussion. I have had some dealings with certian traders whom I will not mention. They may be listed they may not. I know whom they are & they have not been honest (as I have been-honest) in the past dealings that I have had with said persons.(With that said--it is my business & no one needs to know thats my opinion anyway but I did get something in return--others maybe suspect at this point--but like I stated that is my business only)..... Some of the people listed I have no idea whom they are. I think if said people are 'adults' here than act like one....calling names gets you no where. If you messed up---own it please. I always think it strange when people are called on things & they don't own them....they are acting childish in my opinion. Some are repeat offenders in that its always an excuse. Thats sad really. I can't understand that. The saddest part of all is when we trade with others in hoping to find those Stevie/Mac items that we really really want---than the trade goes bad. I still don't understand how & why this happens. Some people have integrity & are honest while others are not. Maybe its the way they were raised? I don't know. And what YOU don't understand is that it all stems back to one person. However, I did not name her - YOU did, and I have said that there is a handful of them, not just one person.

As a matter of fact (until this happened to me), I am the most passive person you can imagine. As someone very near and dear to my heart - and NOT a member of any Stevie groups or communities - tells me constantly, it doesn't get any easier than being with me. I am the least judgmental person you could ever meet, I (until now) get along with everyone, and my life revolves around my son, my foster daughter, and my three granddaughters. I have no time for this, I don't want it in my life because it is NOT what being in Stevie forums is about for me, and therefore I have taken action to end it. I challenge you right now to produce one shred of evidence proving what you posted about me on your website, because none exists. I, on the other hand, have VOLUMES of proof that show just the opposite...

Sue, I agree with you 1000%! The aggravation on my part was finding my name on the Bad Traders/Bad People list. What is said about me there is totally false and is part of a smear campaign against me because I had the gall to disagree with someone in a Stevie forum. When that happened, all hell broke loose, and my life has been in turmoil ever since. I mentioned NO names when I first responded to this attack because I did not feel that it would be right to do so. I have tried very hard to solve this legally and with a modicum of decorum, but others don't want to see it that way. It was posted publically that I was banned from Enchanted - something that Daniel himself will dispute - and much worse, including evil threats. Sue, I agree with you 1000%! The aggravation on my part was finding my name on the Bad Traders/Bad People list. What is said about me there is totally false and is part of a smear campaign against me because I had the gall to disagree with someone in a Stevie forum. Actually, my attorney is from one of the top firms in my state... This may sound petty to you, but until you have walked in these shoes and been the target of what has been going on for months, please don't pass judgment, My standing in the Stevie community is important to me, even though I do not get to post often. When the attacks were stopped short elsewhere, it moved here - something I found out only today, and completely by accident. To name me - with NO facts whatsoever to back it up - on a web page listing bad traders is beyond comprehension, what was stated is totally untrue, and again, until you have been through what I (and many others) have for the past several months, don't judge me for what needed to be done. If not so vicious, it might be laughable, but not when my name is being dragged through the mud the way that it has been. The bottom line is that cyber bullying, internet libel, and internet slander are illegal, and enough is enough. End of discussion - bada bing.

I heard from some friends that there are some names on your "Bad People" list who should not be there. Imagine my surprise when I checked and found myself there, too! What you are hearing - and you truly should check your facts before slandering innocent people - about Lisa, Joe, and me is part of a smear campaign by a handful of people who are hell-bent on destroying us because we dared to disagree with them. THEY are the ones who send the hate mail and threats, all of which I would be more than happy to share with you should you have doubts. You would be wise to take our names off your list, as all of the evidence is in the hands of my attorney. These liars will be dealt with properly, as what they have been doing for several months is against the law. Cyber-bullying is illegal, and they have gone far beyond that. The worst offender - who tries to cover her venom with strings of "LOLOLOL's - posted many lies about me to her lame little group, including that I had been banned from Enchanted. Well, guess what - I never have been. Check with Daniel, if you choose to doubt me. The ONLY group from which I have ever been banned is hers, but that happened AFTER I unsubscribed on my own and blocked her from my Facebook account. Darla, if you are referring to Lisa, Joe, and me here, you are so in the dark... You have NO clue as to what went on behind the scenes, the horrible and threatening emails, the phone calls, and more. WE are not the ones who wanted to hurt others - instead it has been done to us and to our names. We had to sit and read the things that were said about us - all of which were lies - day after day for months. And if you ARE talking about us, you don't have the facts - you just have what you have been told. However, all three of us have tons of emails (that were sent to us and to others privately) that are threatening, abusive, relentless, and harassing. Again, you have no clue as to what really has gone on, and I hope that you never have to know. She doesn't even know me and is merely going by what a few others have said - all of which is untrue. Think back to the post to SOTM after I had unsubscribed saying that I was banned from Enchanted, from here, and more. Obviously that is not true, and Daniel will vouch for the fact that I am not now, nor have I ever been, banned from Enchanted. That is just the tip of the ice berg of the bold faced lies that have been told, and I have had enough. I, like you, have no intentions of hurting anyone either - I never have. I am sorry to hear that... I was ripped off on ebay years ago by someone on the list, as well, but I haven't bought anything for a very long time. And as I keep repeating, I do NOT belong on that list because I am not now, nor have I ever been, a trader! What is posted there about me is pure heresay, it is all lies, and it is going to stop... I do not response to emails to these other women anymore but I will response to yours. I have experienced with ALL of them myself during the years, some of them lately and some of them longer time ago and this is also mentioned on the page itself. Many of the transactions went wrong on the side of the persons named. It's indeed **** what's going on here that's why I'm done with it. I'm sorry for all persons who are trying to find a job or having a hard time keeping a roof over their heads...myself is living from a pension now with $ 700 monthly. I know HOW hard times can be. But what it can't be is that I seemingly do not have the right to warn other Stevie fans and I did this on my PRIVATE PERSONAL homepage. I just dropped a short note to let the Stevie fans know about it here. It was NOT my intention to let the fans know so that the persons named are going to start the fight over here on the Ledge. You keep responding Nancy to Melanie...This is just what Melanie wants to get under our skin..She got under mine yesterday but Im not gonna let her get to me today..I reported her to ebay 6 times yesterrday for harassing emails threw ebay..Only persons name got mentioned was mine..I never intentionally tried to rip anyone off of ebay stuff..Like Lisa, people cant help being sick..I have been in and out of hospitals since 2001..I to live on socially security disability too..Melanie only bought 1 photo from my husband and his screen name should be taken down and melanie has never bought anything from me that I remember so what she wrote about me was also lies and her own opinion

Thank you. I think you are a friend of Lisa's, so you know where this all started from her. It is sick and unfounded. I so seldom read anything here except concert reviews, etc. that it was very shocking to see my name on her Bad Traders page, so I tried to explain WHY I don't belong there. I named nobody (SHE DID) and started out by trying to be nice to no avail. It is now obvious to me that she is "one of them" and could care less if she prints facts or lies, so her lies and comments have been given to my attorney. (Even the Ebay/Beanie Babies LIES help, as that was part of a business that still exists, and all paperwork from that time has been kept. Guess whose name is NOWHERE to be found?) We will see who has the last laugh here...

Well David, until you have walked in my shoes, don't pass judgment. When you find your name being smeared all over the internet by a certain few who have an agenda - merely because you dared to disagree with them - and the kind of things have been done to you that have been done to me, you will not consider it to be petty. Lies have been spread about me, my family, my personal business, and my friends have been threatened as well. You don't know me from a hole in the ground, so don't assume that you know what my life is about - INCLUDING whether I am trying to keep a roof over my head or not. I, too, have more important things than their crap to deal with, which is just why it is now in the hands of my attorney. I am not a trader, I am not active here or anywhere else but ONE Stevie community - a community where this slanderous behavior is not allowed - and to do this is criminal. I do not response to emails to these other women anymore but I will response to yours. I have experienced with ALL of them myself during the years, some of them lately and some of them longer time ago and this is also mentioned on the page itself. Many of the transactions went wrong on the side of the persons named. It's indeed **** what's going on here that's why I'm done with it. I'm sorry for all persons who are trying to find a job or having a hard time keeping a roof over their heads...myself is living from a pension now with $ 700 monthly. I know HOW hard times can be. But what it can't be is that I seemingly do not have the right to warn other Stevie fans and I did this on my PRIVATE PERSONAL homepage. I just dropped a short note to let the Stevie fans know about it here. It was NOT my intention to let the fans know so that the persons named are going to start the fight over here on the Ledge. I didn't posted any of the names just because of the SAYINGS FROM OTHERS! It was MY decision to publish this page and NONE of the other Stevie fans EVER told me to do this. But as I already said..it did this on MY PRIVATE PERSONAL homepage and NOT here. That the persons named needs to fight out this thing in public is out of my hands and this was not that what I've expected! And just to mention the name Bear Shepard...I KNOW that MANY of the fans had troubles with her in the past but for MYSELF I NEVER had any problems with her and I have had dealt with her several times. So I DID not mention her name because I have had good transactions with her. If I just would go about what others are saying or have had said...then her name would have been on that page too (and others) but I won't since I never had any problems with her myself

We have never spoken until yesterday, we have NEVER had any dealings either personally or financially, and I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt. You would rather stir the pot and print lies than do the right thing, so now you are part of it. As I told you yesterday, cyberspace has no boundaries, so you can stop thinking that you are "safe" printing these lies about me on your "private personal" homepage. And you DID lie here when you jumped on my comment about Ebay and said that you bought from me - which I explained that was untrue, as my name was different then and you have no clue as to what my Ebay user name is. GET A LIFE AND GET OUT OF MINE...
