How can I edit my Stevie MPG video?

I filmed this in Dallas show, but since she was very close I had the camera in vertical position, now the video is turned to the right. How can I see in vertical position? I don't find the option in the Windows media player

If you download Picassa 3 (it's free), there is an option to move video to the vertical position. You can also upload to YouTube straight from Picassa.

I use Adobe Premiere,Ulead,Virtul Dub most of the time but theres alot of others too like DDClip,easympg and others.
