Torrents for the Techno-illiterate

I recently downloaded uTorrent to my laptop and I was wondering how to download off ThrownDown.net. If I hit download it never does anything and if I try to save the link then it still won't do anything. Maybe I am just technologically challenged.

If someone could enlighten me as to what I'm doing wrong I would be much obliged.

I use BitTornado.it works great on ThrownDown.net and the Dime.I think there is tutorial info on this board somewere,mayby someone can point us in the direction to find it.
