I was reading through some of the reviews on Amazon.com, and this one is just distasteful...and the person claims to be a "30+ year Stevie devotee"!? Give me a break!

Mind you, I write this as a 30+ yr Stevie devotee. Don't know why I buy Stevie solo concert DVDs: they invariably have been disappointing. LIVE IN CHICAGO is a decent performance, but something essential is missing. Stevie looks like an impersonator of herself--voice is there, but eyes aren't right. (Plastic surgery, perhaps?) She looks like Lindsay Lohan--(no wonder L.L. hopes to portray Stevie on screen). Also, the fate of Sharon Celani bothers me. Ms. Celani might have had a promising career as a solo artist in the '80s, but she hitched her wagon to Stevie's star (as her lover?)and stayed with her through thick and thin. Nevertheless, in this video, Stevie is insensitive enough to trot out a mediocre twenty-something (her latest flame?) to sing a forgettable duet called "The One." Stevie may have been her meal ticket all these years, but this display made me feel very sorry for Sharon.
For more down-to-earth and satisfying performances, instead of this DVD you would do well to get FLEETWOOD MAC - THE DANCE, FLEETWOOD MAC LIVE IN BOSTON, or a live Lindsey Buckingham disc.
