Help with my I POD please

Hello

I am trying to transfer my living language cd's to my Ipod. I load the cd's and they appear in Windows Media and I rip them to the computer. It says that when I open I tunes the CD's shouldd show up as devices and then you save them. So far nothing has worked.

Hi Matt.

You should x out of Window's Media - WMedia is a joke.
Then have iTunes open when you put the CDs in the computer. Itunes should recognize the CD as a 'device.'

Try that.
