Hey all - I'm new to the Ledge (strangely, since I've been a FM/Stevie fan for most of my life) and I wanted to give a thank you to all the kind words that my edits for the unaired Storytellers vids were garnering. I (along with my friend Eric) worked real hard on the videos with the knowledge that there are plenty of Stevie fans who have never seen the footage. There was a bad quality quad split that was making the bootleg rounds for years, but I felt the need to rectify that unfortunate anomaly :D
I will be posting more footage over the next few weeks/months for you all to enjoy. I notice that FleetwoodTrick here on The Ledge has created MP3s of the footage, which I think is a fantastic idea...along with that low-quality quad footage I spoke about were badly recorded MP3s of that, so now that we have great MP3s, hopefully more people get to enjoy a wonderful show.
I was at that show (I worked at Sony Studios at the time and you could see my review on the NicksFix's Storytellers review page - I posted as AncientQueen). I asked a question (about bootlegs) that never aired so I will be posting that as well. As you can probably imagine, the chance to talk to my rock and roll goddess was more than a dream come true.
As I mentioned on YouTube I edited the video with a scroll of my name 3 or 4 times only because these vids were all original edits - not originally broadcast, but original-as-in-Jeffrey edits. Eric and I worked for hours taking the camera angles we had and the various ISOs to create what I consider a few awesome clips.
One thing I hope someone can answer...who is this Caitlin that I read about and what did she do? I'm kinda curious.
So, keep a look out here - or on my YouTube page - for more Stevie/FM vids. I was going to post here with the links, but Trackaghost was kind enough to do it first!

Hi Jeffrey,
First: Thanks so much for taking the time to edit this stuff together put it out there for your fan-peers. We can't thank you enough.
Second: Caitlin is a member here who also has an account on YouTube. She downloads YouTube videos that have been posted as "rare", and reposts them under her YouTube account. I for one, think she does this to ensure there will always be a copy on YouTube, definitely not to steal credit or for any other malicious reason.

Thanks for the info Liam...I don't mind if someone does that, as long as they're not taking credit...the more these vids are out there, the better. Besides, I tagged each vid with my YouTube and Web name...this way they can search and find more vids that I'll be posting. So woo hoo for all involved!

ah yes. I've heard this on a bootleg. I don't think that question went over too well.:wavey:

Hiya Curt - actually, the audience laughed and so did Stevie! When she said someone stole them from her, recorded them and put them back, I said "it wasn't me!" and she and her band - and the audience - loved that. You'll see when I post it. Sharon had the biggest smile on her face...

...for linking the vids for Caroline.
Caroline - I tag my vids with jeffreychrist because that used to be my YouTube name. The old jeffreychrist account was deleted by YouTube a few months back...I despise YouTube and their political bull**** but it is what it is. My YouTube name is now wiredream. I didn't want to tag my videos with that because I have no idea if YouTube will delete this account too. Plus, I will always tag my vids with 'jeffreychrist' because it's my real name!
If you look into my profile, I list a host of hi-rez videos that YouTube has deleted under this name. I posted a whole bunch of Fleetwood Mac vids which were deleted. That included all of Lindsey's, Chrisitine's and even Mick's solo stuff. Oh well! Once a new YouTube-like site emerges, I'll post them there...
I'm glad you enjoyed the Storytellers vids. As soon as my editor comes back from vacation, I'm going to post my question to Stevie that never aired, plus a longer version of a question my friend asked that they edited (about her influences, Janis etc...)
Keep watching!

I found this online, ordered it and got it within a few days even though I only did first class shipping which is free. It's the Storytellers episode as well as the Behind the Music episode on Stevie, commercial free. The Behind the Music is not the best quality, you can tell it was recorded on a vcr and then transferred to dvd, it blips in a few places but very minor and you don't miss anything. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
