I haven't personally seen it, but was sent an email from a friend saying Stevie's in Oprah's March magazine issue. Has anyone here seen it yet to give details?

No, but could this be a precursor to FM being on the Oprah show?

She's on Page 44 in a monthly 1/2 page piece they do where a celebrity is asked what they are currently listening to.
She says:
Coldplay Viva la Vida
"They have a great guitar tone...the open-tuning chords have a spacey effect, like they're up with the moon and the stars. And Chris Martin's voice gets to me emotionally."
Rihanna Good Girl Gone Bad
"If I ever met her, I'd call her Rhiannon. I've adored her since she did 'Shut Up And Drive' on Letterman. I thought, 'That girl could be in Fleetwood Mac'. She can do it all."
Snow Patrol Eyes Open
"I relate to their song 'Chasing Cars'. [Singing] 'Would you lie with me and just forget the world?'. They can take a personal experience and make it universal."
Dixie Chicks Top Of The World Tour: Live
"Natalie Maines is my favorite person to sing with, ever. I could happily be a part of the Dixie Chicks. Even thoguh they're billed as country artists, they're very rock 'n' roll."
In regards to Rumours, she also says, "I remember sitting on the studio floor making feather earrings and thinking, 'Oh my god, this album is going to be legendary'."

That Coldplay song is great. I love how it sounds. Funny what she says about Rihanna too, 'cause the first time I heard of her, I was like, hey...her name sounds like Rhiannon. They're both pretty names.

Wouldn't it be neat if Rihanna (or Jay Z, as the case may be) composed a new song/mash-up around "Rhiannon" - sorta like "Bootylicious?" They could keep the main guitar riff, add a beat to it and feature Stevie singing "Rihanna..." throughout the song. It could be interesting!

Oh WOW.. the thought of Stevie doing a duet with Rihanna would be off the charts! I LOVE Rihanna's song- "Disturbia".. That one may be a tad to much for Stevie, but I could SOOOO picture them doing "Shut up and Drive"! I just got goosebumps thinking about how cool this would be!!!:blob1:

I think it's awesome that Stevie loves Rihanna; i've always wondered that. But when she said she'd call her Rhiannon, i had to LOL because Rihanna would have no idea why Stevie was calling her Rhiannon.

I googled Rihanna earlier and accidentally spelt her name Rhianna. Now I'm listening to Shut Up And Drive just because of Stevie!

Not exactly a duet, but Rihanna is the queen of Auto-Tune anyway.

I doubt there would be room in the studio for another ego besides Rhinnas.
