Maybe in two years, for the 30th anniversary of BELLA DONNA?
Maybe start with BELLA DONNA.....remaster, add a few tracks from the vault ("Julia", "Golden Braid", "Blue Lamp"), then go from there!
Anyone else up for this? (They should probably start thinking about this now....2011 isn't that far off!).

Absolutely!!! We know there were B-sides that went along with album that didn't make the cut for one reason or the other. Similarly, they could expand the booklets to include the photo shoot outakes, most of which were probably better than what was originally used (specifically Street Angel and TISL).

This is an awesome idea.
I would definitely love to see this happen.
Let's keep our fingers crossed. :D
Great idea. This is long overdue!

I've always thought it was a great idea since we've discussed this before.......all unreleased songs.....another dvd would be cool for all of her solo cds/lps...with bunches of outtakes photos & stories. Esp since Stevie doesn't seem to want to release anything 'new' for us. It should've been done years ago period. I don't understand what 'they' are waiting for. Plus she could add the alternates/extended versions. So much. What a total waste......I know I'd be all for it. Plus Mac needs to release new re-issues for 'Live' with extras from all tours...Mirage for sure/Tango though not my favorite cd/lp and Mask....guess we could add SYW in there too.....so many opportunites wasted.....but hey we are getting 'another' Rumours again.....They could've also given us more outtakes from Tusk too. One song on the extras cd was Lindsey's 3 times.....not right but it is IMO anyway.....:D

Oh go rub a blue lamp!
As they say, sh*t in one hand, and wish with the blue lamp in the other, and see which hand fills up first:laugh::laugh:!!!!!
We can not EVEN get them to release any of the HBO Concerts, or Red Rocks, on DVD with the original setlist.
Better grab a clean rag for the hand without the blue lamp in it, your gonna need it!!!!!

I've long thought Stevie should do a "From the Vaults" CD.....with as many unreleased tracks as she has lying around.....why let the bootleggers get all the profits??? She'll never record them now, not with how infrequently she's recording!
Don't get me wrong.....my first choice would be all-new material.....but if that isn't going to happen, I'd love to see the remasters and a vault collection!

Wishfull thinking. The costs are so enormous these days that I doubt it will happen anytime soon.
If they can't get FM to rerelease Mirage then how on earth are they going to get any of Stevie's solo projects a green lighted?
Not having Mirage remastered is like a kick in the butt to serious FM fans. They must know the quality of that CD is beyond terrible.

They might not know because maybe they only listen to the album on vinyl!
As for Stevie's solo projects, Stevie gave us CV and the Mac has obviously decided we don't need no stinking dvds of any videos they ever did! Don't even daydream about commentary to go along with them.
Overall, I think Stevie's kind of one up on them.

That would be incredible. If it were up to me though
Belladonna Outtakes
1. Blue Lamp
2. Gypsy with Heartbreakers
3. Live Edge of Seventeen from HBO special
4. Gold n Braid
I though Julia was Wild Heart....
Wild Heart
1. Garbo
2. Belle Fluer
3. Violet and Blue
4. Sleeping Angel
5. All the Beautiful Worlds.. right I get confused now with soo many demos and outttakes she should just do an outtake album. to go along with the cds.
Get Original Belladonna plus the remastered outtake cd with 10 songs..

Nope, it was BELLA DONNA......I actually saw the orginal artwork with it listed when I was interning at Modern! Forget which track it was dropped for...either "Outside The Rain" or "How Still My Love."

Sadly, until they all die and the estate/rights fall into the existing families' hands, many to none of these things will likely be released or re-released.
Only then, in executors hands, will there be the motivation, for profit sake. Look at the Jimi Hendrix estate for example. Granted, he died young, with a limited body of work. But when his family finally got control/rights of his legacy...well, he's been more prolific dead than alive -- DVDs, box sets full of unreleased songs, live concerts albums etc....

Well, Stevie probably left everything to her neice and brother. I am sure they will be releasing things right and left, so that gives us something to look forward to. Although, I'm only 15 years younger than Stevie and don't know that I can outlive her.

I think linds is a tecno phile so he would prob be aware of the CD. Being that everyone of us knows abot Mirage and its limitations I would think that they would all be aware.
Yes I agree about Stevie and CV. It was a very nice package to give to us. I got to see her on opening night of that tour and she was really incredible. I had never heard her voice sound so good. Made me realise that the strain a tour must take on her instrument as I have always seen her toward the end of her tours.

Dylan type cds....but of course we are only dreaming as it is.....she doesn't want to release anything to us fans....or so it seems...sad but true.......

Heck of the offical unreleased songs we have (like what 75?) not talking about extended versions or outtakes of songs we know total UR songs...if she's written all that she has written well than there should be like hundreds of songs we don't know about....?? who knows really....Really now is the time heck 25-30 yrs or 50 who's gonna care. They'd say Stevie Nicks who?? or Fmac who?? sad but true....IMO anyway.....
