Hi at all,
I'm curious to know your post about the songs you don't want to hear again in next Fleetwood Mac new tour.
I know many fans wants this or that song but which songs you're so tired to listen?
The mine 5 are:
Don't stop
Dreams
Landslide
Eyes of the world
World turning
I think there are others songs I don't hear again like Say you will-Stand back-Never going back again, but 5songs for all.

Rhiannon and So Afraid.
But I think they are already confirmed. Anyway I'm happy cause they included Storms. But Tango in the Night could have replaced So Afraid.

I've never seen them live, so I'm looking forward to all of the songs. :) If they don't do Landslide I think I'm going to cry!

I want them all! LOL Keep me there for hours and hours... Just play anything and everything, that would be a dream come true and would totally be worth the money!
Whoa
I know Fleetwood Mac have perhaps become predictable in their live set.
but if you DON'T want to hear
Rhiannon, Landslide, So afraid, Dreams etc..
then don't go
Its like going to pink floyd and saying; "I hope thye don't do comfortably numb".

Careful there, jed... I once made that statement and was brow beat for days, lol I will say it again though, just to back you up, I AGREE. These are the hits. These are the things that built the Mac post PG and these are the songs that make-up the soundtrack to most of my life. I want to hear them. That is why I am going.

I am as well, but I know I"ve made that clear in other posts! Here's the rest of my list:
Landslide
I'm So Afraid
Big Love (acoustic version) I wouldn't mind hearing the full band verison of this
World Turning

1. World Turning
2. Gold Dust Woman

4. I'm So Afraid
5. Gypsy (because it isn't done that well anymore)

5. Gypsy (because it isn't done that well anymore)
Matt
I wonder if they know we want an acoustic Gypsy. I know they know some things (like they knew people wanted SOTM and Sara and Lindsey knows people wanted OOTC tracks) but I wonder if enough people have asked them about the AHI Gypsy so that that makes their radar. They could throw it in the setlist without any effort and acoustic will cure the fact that it didn't sound robust live, when they tried to recreate the studio version.
I don't want to hear Peacekeeper, What's the World Coming To, Come or World Turning.
I could do without Landslide and Dreams, but I know that's not going to happen, so why even think about it.

World Turning times infinity.
I despise WT live.
Dreams, GOYW, and probably any and all Christine songs.
But chances are, they'll be there.
I don't know, I guess for not 'mainstream' stuff [that I'm sure most of us are sick of, and think they're a bit over played?] Angel would be one I wouldn't want to hear. It would ruin the allusion of the perfect Angel from the Tusk Tour. And probably NGBA. Eh.

AGREED. We have MANY cool versions, The Dance, Live w/ Sheryl crow, Soundstage, its time to make room for something else.
Also to go,
Stand Back
World Turning
Big Love,
Eyes of the world,
Peacekeeper
And to the prospect of a AHI style Gypsy, YES YES YES!!!

Ok you got your point, but a least to me, it's not a reason for not going to. I WOULD NOT like to hear Rhiannon or So Afraid, but if I do, at the Dallas show, I know I'll enjoy it anyway. Maybe it'll be my last chance to see Fleetwood mac again. So every song is welcome, but if this thread is about choosing and discard songs, that was my list I posted before

Get rid of:
Don't Stop
Tusk
World Turning
Replace World Turning with "Not That Funny" if
Mick has to have an extended drum solo this is the
song. And it could be the bathroom break for the
band and fans. No disrespect to Mr. Fleetwood.

Sara. But not because I am sick of it but rather they cannot do the song justice any longer.
It is my fav song and her best ever bu to hear it live now is such a dissapointment. Wish they could rework it somehow to suit her current voice.

for first respect me,I love the Fleetwood Mac for over 20years probably you're so young!!!
I live in Italy and I saw the Mac only 2 times in 1990 and 1994 in Milano and was terrible....
so I have many shows shows of the Mac and I only ask of you which songs you're tired to listen yet in next tour, because i hope to listen something new from Tango/Mask/Say you will not considered from Stevie&Lindsey in any tour they made,it's simply!!

Well I myself would love to hear ANY song of theirs! There is some I prefer over others of course.. like 'Angel' instead of 'Big Love' or 'Beautiful Child' instead of 'World Turning'... or 'Sisters of the Moon' instead of 'Eyes of the World'. ;) (Can you tell I am a Stevie fan haha) But when I am there I ain't gonna care if they sing 'twinkle twinkle little star' cuz I will be rockin out with FM!!! lol woo yeah :blob2::blob1: I can't wait!

Actually I thought those were pretty clever! Much more creative and light hearted than the Stevie ones they were in response too. I especially liked this one "Go your own waaait a minute, lets make this a Fleetwood Mac project in$tead."
Anyway, I could do without Landslide on this tour. I don't think I've heard it performed well live since The Dance. I cringe every time she sings "down" and "around". I'm not a musician so I don't know if she's delivering those two lines off key, or what, but to me it just sounds terrible.

Kennation why don't you select your discussion and comments more carefully on this board. You have flooded this board with topics that have been covered over and over agian for years. Then when people laughed at you, and were not happy about the speculation of the same ole setlist, you act as if we should not be allowed to be fans.
I hate to break it to you, but the board does not revolve around you and what you think should be posted! I think thats great that you are a new excited fan, about to see your 1st Fleetwood Mac tour. Trust me I remember how excited I was back in the day. Not everyone on this board has the same sense of humor, maybe you should look into expanding yours. In the meantime telling people what to post, and what one has a right to comment on will not win your friends.

Since your the NEW kid on the block Kennation its a well known fact that Stevie had cocaine blown into your anal cavity before. This practice was done more so on the Rock A Little Tour because Stevie was having alot of nose bleeds from her cocaine abuse.
Contrary to what you may think, this practice is very common still today. One slang term for this is booty bumps. People use straws inserting deap inside the anal cavity. Or people use surrenges, no needles of course, mix a little water with cocaine/crystal meth, and squirt the liquid into the anal cavity.
Laugh if you must but I did try this once before many many years ago in my raver drug days. Yes my bottom area did feel very numb for a while. Part of me thinks part of the reason why Stevie fell down on stage so much during the Rock A Little Tour is because her bottom was very numb from the cocaine that she had inserted. That mixed with the booze made her dizzy at times and she lost her balance alot.
Stevie has denied this many times over the years in interviews, from embarrassment I think. It has been brought up many times over the years in older interviews. Ofcourse this all happened, why else would have word gotten out and it was brought up before?
You might think its gross, but it is part of the drug culture she choose to be apart of. This practice was alot more safer than injecting drugs with needles, or smoking crack cocaine. Maybe she did smoke it, but I hope she didnt.

Here is some more information from Wikipedia, and so my silly joke about Has Anyone Blown Cocaine Up Your Ass For you is true:
Very little research has focused on suppository or anal insertion as a method for cocaine or crystal meth, and anecdotal evidence of its effects is infrequently discussed, possibly due to social taboos in many cultures regarding the anus. This method is often known within methamphetamine communities as a "butt rocket", "potato thumping", "turkey basting", a "booty bump", "keistering", "plugging", "shelving", or "bumming" and is anecdotally reported to increase sexual pleasure while the effects of the drug last longer, however this is entirely subjective.[42] The rectum is where the majority of the drug would likely be taken up, through the membranes lining its walls.

As a new kid on the block I understand that I am not here to make friends, but to discuss FM... Not the culture of drug use. This thread is about songs we do not want to hear on this tour. So...

She wonders how many more hours her muffins will be bakin'
In secret, she eats those chocolates like crazy, with no words spoken
Well, she dances around in circle
She's got that feelin' now
Blame it on something at first sight
Put the blame on the fast food
To be continued
How many cals in a gigantic donut now?
How many cookies can I shove into my mouth?
How many cals, hey, is butter a carb?
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a...?

That song is sooo fun! i put it up there with second hand news. I really like it. I would love to hear those types of tunes... SOTM, Second Hand News, I Don't Wanna Know, Storms, Sara...
If there was one song that I don't care to hear it would be... Not That Funny... I appreciate the song for what it is, but I can't understand. I can't relate. That's only my opinion...

I would love them to play for hours on end.
But the one song that I would rather not hear is Stand Back.
1. It's not a Mac song.
2. Stevie always performs it...

I dont want to hear any christine mcvie songs because if she is not there to sing them don't bother i would only prefer to hear her sing her own songs .
Stevie and Lindsey could do just there songs they did with fleetwood mac only and leave out there solo stuff for there solo tours only songs they did with fleetwood mac is all i want to hear at this show and especially songs that we love that dont get played like Sisters of the moon,Straight Back, ect.:blob1::blob2::wavey::woohoo:

And I don't understand why they wouldn't. Not only is it perfectly fitted for them being 2 again, it also happens to be from the album they can't get past.
Seems like such an obvious choice.

I agree. It surprises me they didn't do on the last tour. Does anyone if IDWK has ever been done live? Perhaps on the Rumors tour??

I don't want to hear: Come, Murrow Turning Over In His Grave, What's The World Coming To, Bleed To Love Her.. Eyes Of The World..
I want to hear all of Lindsey and Stevie's hits - no question, I want all of those..
I want Lindsey to switch out some of his other songs... because he has a ton of great material, and a lot of well-known FM songs that they simply don't play. And Stevie could add some new songs too..
It'd be great to hear Monday Morning (Which might happen..?) Crystal, I Don't Want To Know, Save Me A Place live is beautiful these days.. I have a version of it..it's great.. Also, Can't Go Back, Angel..
I wouldn't mind if they revisited Peacekeeper and Say You Will...and even Say Goodbye..

I don't want to hear SMAP, but Lindsey did it often for his UTS tour and so I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up, unleashed.

It's obvious that no matter how they choose to adverise this outing, they aren't only playing the "hits" on this tour. That's clear based on the songs that have already been leaked.
Additionally, thanks, but I'm not hoping for SMAP, I just pointed out that it might be played because he used it on his solo tour and he favors selections from Tusk. I'm not really worried about Lindsey's half of the setlist. He just toured on a new album and that first night I only knew one of the new songs, but somehow I wasn't crying my eyes out or bored to distraction because they weren't "hits."
