I am an illustrator and here is a medical illustration I did for hospital literature on osteoarthritis in the knee: (done freehand in colored pencil, rendered from a small plastic model)

I used to draw comic books when I was a young teen. I drew this for my Dad because he loved Batman stuff.

Here is Victor Fries losing his wife in a lab accident...and later becoming Mr. Freeze...done in the kind of animated Bruce Timm style

My wife asked me one day what I really love...and I got to thinking about it (I think she was asking what I wanted for my birthday)

I jokingly came up with this cartoon, being that I hate clowns.

alterations (To actual photos found online) that I did back around 2001:

<div align=center><img src="http://www.angelfire.com/music3/rhiannon/Stevie_Art_10.jpg"><img src="http://www.angelfire.com/music3/rhiannon/Stevie_Art_12.jpg"></div>

When I was much younger I was some called some type of art 'genius/prodigy' (Which I loathed) because I had a gift that others my age didnt have. I can draw 'til the "cows come home" but I prefer not to anymore.

I did apply some of my drawing knowledge to a Associates Degree in Applied Science for Drafting Technology.

I do graphic design when I have free time. Here's some of my work!
The first one I ever made:
<a href="http://s667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/?action=view&current=fm_rolling_poster.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/fm_rolling_poster.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
I was inspired my the 1000th RS cover when I made it. I also "gave" it to Stevie at the Atlanta concert.

The inspiration behind this was Rumours. I called it Heaven and Hell.
<a href="http://s667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/?action=view&current=FMposter2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/FMposter2.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

I had this image on my dress when I went to the FM concert. It was a big hit :p
<a href="http://s667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/?action=view&current=FMPOSTER.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv32/SaraMac09/FMPOSTER.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

This is a poster I made with images from the Atlanta concert.

Wow, you guys are SO good!

I would be an AWESOME artist if it weren't for the spatial reasoning,
hand-eye coordination, ability to "work with" colors and "artist's eye"
that are required -
other than those things, I'm Good-to-Go!!!

Since Bucky seems to be the subject du jour, I'll throw mine into the ring. I don't think it looks much like him--I definitely aged him (creases are way fun to draw)--but at least Photobucket won't protest!

I've always been okay with charcoal. Oil Paints I can't be doing with. It isn't through a lack of ability with them. Just a severe lack in patience waiting for the bloody paint to dry between layers. Unless you're painting the Sistine Chapel, it hardly seems worth it.

Every artist has their optimum mediums. And I always think that if you're under the impression that you're not creative, you just have yet to find the medium for you. Doesn't have to be conventional. I mean, my favourite mediums are acrylics, waste (cardboard, those thin boards that go on walls, wooden slats and other flat surfaced wastes), Coffee and salvaged papers. They don't necessarily sound as though they'd do much individually (apart from the acrylic obviously) but it's just about finding a way to marry them together for a unique and aesthetically pleasing style.

Ha. That's cool. I wouldn't even know where to begin creating something like that on a computer. If I have to make anything 3D I don't go beyond the usual Clay and salvaged objects. I'd love to be able to make things like that though *jealous*

I'm not one of those people who say that can't draw, but then have an amazing piece of artwork to post. I really can't! But here are some cakes I made in April. Maybe I have a big ego about them because they were made for a 3 year old and 5 year old who absolutely loved them. Haha, don't judge me

Yeah, I did. I don't have a projector at home, lol. Took a lot of pencil outline drawing, shade mapping and furious scrubbing with my rubber lol.

I'm not really sure how much to price them at. I've never been good at committing any of my work to value, and it's not as though the money would be going into my pocket anyway lol. All for the show.
