Carrie Underwood - Stop Draggin' My Heart Around.mp3

[GoldDustOrphan]

Carrie Underwood previously covered Go Your Own Way with Lindsey for the Fashion Rocks special and sometimes on tour. Here she performs Stop Draggin' My Heart Around in concert. It's an audience boot.

(FYI: She's covered four Guns 'n Roses songs over the course of two tours and I really like them.)

Thanks for this...I like Carrie, and am excited to hear her do this...Really, though? Guns And Roses? Can't imagine that one...cool, but just can't imagine it! What songs did she do?

[GoldDustOrphan]

She over the course of two tours, she has covered Sweet Child O' Mine, Patience, Paradise City and an abbreviated version of November Rain.

Wow...very interesting...I would love to hear her takes on these...I was actually talking to my partner about it (after reading your mention) and we did come up with 3 of the 4 being probable...can't imagine her version of Paradise City, though...thanks for the info!

Her vocal on Sweet Child of Mine is pretty impressive. My personal favorite of her G 'n' R covers.

[Excerpt from an article on Carrie Underwood]

Go Erie By Kevin Cuneo February 18, 2016

Stevie Nicks, who sang with Underwood at the Ronstadt tribute, was overwhelmed by her vocal skills. "She's magnificent, a real force," Nicks said. "I told Carrie afterward that it's a good thing for me she wasn't around when Fleetwood Mac was looking for singers."

Best of all, Underwood is only 32. She's a new mom and the wife of a star player in the NHL, and appears to be juggling a career and a life with equal aplomb. Call me a fan -- a huge fan.
