There is nothing more beautiful that an amazingly beautiful, full choir. I thought in this thread, we could post groups and or songs that we have heard and are very fond of, exposing people to things that perhaps they haven't heard.

I listen to a lot of choral music, and here are some of the things I've listened to recently.

The Zielinski Singers based out of Tampa Florida:

With that link, you can listen to audio samples from a CD.

Also, another is FSU's choir. They are fantastic:

With that link, you can listen to samples from three different CD's.

So, like I said, let's share in some of the work that the best Collegiate and Professional choirs have to offer.

Hope You Guys Enjoy,
Ethan

There's so much I have to say on this subject, but I can't decide where to begin. :(

Let me add that your high school or college should try producing Copland's folk opera for young folks, "A Tender Land," which contains the tender aria "Once I Thought I'd Never Grow Outside This Fence" & the stirring & poignant ensemble number "The Promise of Living."

Yesterday, the Westminster Choir from Rider University came to my old high school, and they were AMAZING!! One of the pieces that really stuck to me was A Boy and a Girl, By Eric Whitacre. There's an audio on his website, if you all care to listen to the magic of that piece.
