Happy 2009, everyone. I think I found the worst music video of all time just now.

This is either the worst music video of all time, or the best, depending on how you look at it:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kA5GkLM5C7M&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kA5GkLM5C7M&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I like to go with "best" but I'm weird.

I don't know if it's the worst video ever, but it can't be good for anyone's mental health.

Oh you know you LOVED it.

I think my favorite part comes at about 2:18 when Disco He-Man there finishes running the sweater monkey gauntlet and zooms off-camera with that great little hair-toss.

That is truly the epitome of cool.

I don't know if it's the worst video ever, but it can't be good for anyone's mental health.

It reminded me of the world-famous "YATTA!" video, which is definitely good for your mental health:
